Glad to hear the springs are coming thru. I just got everything installed like I wanted(H&R's and Illumina's) and I'm enjoying the ride.
Hope everybody has a date for when their springs will arrive. Then you will experience the way your Maxima can corner. The springs make my Max very stable. Enjoy!! Oh yeah, 90 feels like 50!!

Just got my H&R's intalled today

Wow, what a difference the H&R's (and Illumina's) make. My Maxima feels like a different car!! Gone is the nervous, twitchy, jittery ride of my SE suspension. My car rides very smooth, bank vault, solid feeling, handling like a euro sedan I wish I had done this the day after I bought my Max, 4 years ago!! The stock SE suspension sucks compared to this setup. You will really like these springs!!!

H&R’s and Illumina’s are the perfect combination.

I got these off the group deal and had them installed immediately.

I have to say coming from a GLE suspension I expected these to ride rough.

But to my supprise I feel the ride comfort is equal if not better.

I drove around for 2 weeks on 5F & R5 and it was super stiff.

Now that I’m on 3F & 3R I’m loving it.

PLUMMAXSE Thanks again for setting this Group Deal Up!!

I am starting out @ 2/2, and am loving it, especially combined with my Stillen RSB. I may dial the fronts to 3 in the future, but for now, this is perfect!! This set up is so tight and smooth compared to the loose, sloppy, while at the same time nervous stock SE suspension. How the hell could the stock suspension be so sh#itty!!?? If Nissan had put this suspension on all their cars to start with, they could be refered to as the Japanese ultimate driving machine IMHO

With the Stillen RSB, I've heard that the rear you can set the rear lower than the front to let the rsb work. I've settled on 1/2 right now until I get some more tires. I switch to 2/2 sometimes when the roads are smoother. You got to luv the versatility of these struts.
Also the springs are starting to settle, although the front is still a little higher than the rear. The way this car cruises at speed is just awesome with this suspension!!

Yup, that is what I've read here on the org. I've been testing out my new suspension, and it feels so much better than stock, that it is going to take me awhile to decide if any further shock adjustments are even necessary. H&R's and Illumina's are a perfect combination for our cars!!

I hope we can still order a set. I tried ordering a set and it got all screwed up and my money returned to my account and I've been tryin to get in touch with the guy Mark ever since, and no luck whatsoever. That would be extremely homo if it ended.

The way this group deal was suppossed to work is I had to get 5 people together that wanted to buy H&R springs. That way the vendor could buy 5 sets and pass the savings on to us. The first 5 that ordered received their springs. If you follow the group deal and purchase when the window is open, you should have no problems. If we can get 5 more to buy I think the vendor will buy more. Just make sure you are ready to buy some springs!!

Well, I got my Bridgestone G009's installed and front end alignment done! Along with the H&R's, Illumina's installed I feel like I have a new car. Those Dunlop A2's I had were toast, so I'll have to learn the car all over again. These Max's are da bomb!!

Got my shocks setting on 2f/3rear for now. The sidewalls on the G009 are pretty soft, but the car is riding oh so quiet. The air pressure is currently at 33f and 30 rear which is down from the balloon like 40f 40r that I got from the tire place.
I am sooo happy with this car!!

I know you said this isn't for 5th gen, but is there any chance I can tag along and order some springs at this price for a 2000 GLE? LMK

Sorry Buddy, the deal was for 4th generation springs. That was the vendors deal, but you are welcome to e-mail them. Maybe they will cut you a great deal on some 5th gen springs. sales@jdmautogames.com Mike is the contact.
