ahoy!

i received my camera today (ordered it a week before GD) and it shipped directly from china. It looks just like it does in the add. It has the yellow cable for video and black cable for the power.

what do u connect the black wire up to? how is this connection made? the yellow one goes right into my rearview camera rca and the black one goes to power, but i dont think i ave an rca plug for power...


and polak, how did u wire this, since we have almost the same pioneer HU, ive got avic-n1

You got a video rca in your TV correct? Your gonna have to run the wires under the carpet to that, then just tap the black into whatever you got the black TV and/or HU too. Nothing hard.

alright, its complicated for me i think, lol, cuz on my rca box under my seat i have a video plug especially for the pioneer cam (but fits any cam via RCA), which is easy because the pioneer cam has yellow cable to go right into that, and it has a red wire that u can tap into any power source with...

with this cam, i can just cut that black connector off and splice it into a wire (to elongate it) and then tap that into a power source? is that all?

I cut the black wire to split the 2 wires that were inside....then I wired them to the cigarette lighter. The yellow is just plug-and-play (RCA). It goes straight to the video infeed.

 

Where would you reccomend putting it, with no trunk key hole. I have a carbon fiber trunk.

nobody wants the rearview mirror from paradox with the little monitor on it? if u do ill try to get GD on that, its pimp to get cam working with that (which is easy with my HU) and the screen u can set to come on only when car is in reverse, or not....200 retail, wut if i can get GD? nobody wants it?

 

Universal style Broadway mirror with 2.5" LCD.
The mirror is 12 3/4" wide by 2 3/4" high.
The TFT LCD is 2.5 inches.
NTSC & PAL Compatible.

Easy installation, one wire runs from mirror, across headliner, down pillar to where ever you need it.

Has two video inputs. One for DVD or what have you and the second for reverse camera (or whatever you want to use it for). You can wire the
