There is no bullchit in Kevin's post. The first set I ordered were for my 98 and were great--- and real Brembos. These rotors were not Brembo, and Kevin had a horrible time and wasted hours trying to get my car done.
I am hoping Jason will find fault with the rotors when he gets them, and refund me. I just don't like every time there is an issue with a vendor, they first cast doubt on the customer and the mechanic.
The right thing to do would be to give me a choice on a refund, or a replacement, and send me a call tag for UPS to pick these up.
Instead he asked me to send them back at my expense and he would look at them and decide what to do. He is kind of already saying there is nothing wrong though, and said they are not warped or out of spec as he checks them all.
We'll see what happens, I am sending them out today......but I have a bad feeling.
As far as your comments LAW---you may want to keep them to yourself. I am a paying member and so is Kevin, and I have been on this site much longer than you. We both have a right to say what we want, as we were both involoved in this transaction--and you were not. If this situation is resolved amicably, Kevin and I will delete our posts.

Well I've never heard of this before but if the rotors were thaaaatt bad certainly you could send them back and get a replacement set correct? If there is comething wrong with them Automax will take care of them theres no doubt about it
Why don't you guys send them back get replacements and see whatsup? if you expect him to send you another set of freeee rotors without sending the ones you have back then I guess you must have seen a buy one set get one free which nobody else did
if you read the feedback then you'll see your experience is far from common so its not a reason to post talking smack even before the problem is resolved

Didn't I already told you that I will inspect them and if they are defective we will send you a new set?
From the way kevin is posting this is more of a personal attack rather than focusing on the situation itself.
I am not a unfair person, I had been on .org long enough to know better about customer services.
You only send me 1 p.m regarding the matter and I did reply you in a timely matter, didn't I?
Our contact # are listed every where, you could of even contacted me through phone easily if you are not happy.
Why didn't you offer a call tag to pick these up? Why should I have to front another $40 to ship these back to you. I already paid for shipping.
OK, well since I didn't even know you had a website---I just took a look.
For all of my fellow members, here is the return policy if he sends you warped rotors:
REFUND POLICY:
You will receive refund for the hardware price, minus shipping, handling and 15% restocking fees. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees for returning the products.

Have you contacted me regarding this ever?
here is our company policy
http://www.racetechperformance.com/terms.asp
now the thing is I can always work with the customer if you just bring it up.... have you ever brought it up? before kevin started to post negative feed back of me everywhere and this is a for sale thread not buyer/seller feedback. If you have more to say just contact me by phone or send me your contact # and I will give you a call.
I am always in the position to work with my customers.....Don't push it to a point that you will get nothing at the end before you even try.....
Mark
Every company have polices/rules/guide lines to protect themselves, everything more than a common decency are work along between buyer/sellers to come to mutual agreement. I first register on maxima.org not as a seller but as an maxima enthusiast later I started to support .org members and give good quality parts and services. Stop making this harder and try to public announce False information *automax_95 rip you off blah blah..* Like I said it doesn't get you ANY WHERE
And btw you posted REFUND policy not DOA exchange/warranties

I personally don't know you, and the way you post this is more of personal attack rather than an complaint about a situation. We have company policies and procedures that we have to follow for defective parts, we can't give customer a full refund just because HIS MECHANIC say the rotors are JUNK before we inspected, does that make sense? If the product is defective we will send ***** a new set, isn't that what it said in the p.m?
Wanna read more regarding our return/refund/warranty policy?

I have been serving the maxima community for the last 6 years! i have ZERO complaints about my customer service, in fact i have one of the highest sellers rating on .org. What you are doing right now is to protect your customer in a horrible way. I sold over thousands of SETS of rotors to the maxima community and ZERO had compliant about the quality of our goods or our services, in fact most of our product we sell has a life time warranty.
Posting such meaningless post doesn't get you anywhere.......
btw ***** only contacted me once
Our contact # are listed everywhere, he never called
and I personally inspect all the rotors myself before it goes out, you call bs? I will pay for your plane ticket to fly down to our new ware house and have you to check the way we operate our businesses.
Also defective parts are not a rare thing, out of couple hundreds or even thousands will have that 1% of defective rate. Even though we still have to inspect the defective parts before we issue refunds or send out new parts....
Don't you think is a little to early to post something like this before our final decision to either refund or not refund him? While the buyer only make contact with the seller ONCE?

There is a section in this forum called "vendor feedback," and that is where any complaints you have should be posted, NOT in a group deal thread or f/s thread.

Jason...
I need to order a set of front brake pads for my 2002 Max. I have the cross drilled and slotted rotors I bought from you last year and they are still in great shape! I need pads that have virtually no dust and no squeaks...Thanks!
