Exactly as I thought it was, simply a shipment mistake. Jason identified the problem, and he's already working on correcting it. Jason is probably the best vendor I have dealt with- keep up the good work man!

Is this deal still going? I need the front rotors BAD. I have a problem that NEEDS to be fixed as soon as possible. I am limping along with down shifting and ebraking for now. I would like to replace the whole set at once w/RTP slotted & dimpled. Also might as well throw in the ss lines too. Soon as I hear back that the deal is still on I will send payment immediately.

Info:
Front/Rear RTP Slotted/Dimpled
SS Lines
1996 max

or

I would finally like to place an order for my 1997 Maxima GLE, but I'm going to need some assistance. I'm pretty sure I'd like to go with the Brembo cross drilled/slotted combo OR the dimple/slotted combo, but first I'd like to know their individual advantages/disadvantages. I've also heard some people say only blank rotors can be resurfaced if they are to become warped. Please fill me in on these concerns. As for the pads, I'd like a complete set (F/R) of Axxis Ultimates.

Recap:

1997 Maxima GLE
madmvd@yahoo.com
Tampa, FL 33614
Full Set (F/R) Zinc Plated Brembo Rotors (Type pending, please PM me) - $196
Full Set (F/R) Axxis Ultimate Pads - $90
Shipping for the full package - $45
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Total - $331

Thank you,

Maurice

hey
the rotor structure is strong when compared with Brembo, the 2k2-2k3 rotors occasionally will show those lines, but they do not make the rotors dangerous nor do they perform any worse. That is not a performance defect, and the rotors should perform well and shouldnt have any problems.

Also, remember our RTP rotors come with a 3 month warranty against defects and faulty craftsmanship.

I hope you are satisfied with the following explanation, if not, we can continue this discussion by emailing or PMing me.

thanks
jason

I p.m you my contact #, if you are still worry give me a ring, I'll explain it more and show you couple other brands rotor with the same thing. (brembo, bradie, Centric, ATE, and Balo/OE equip) (is not a defect, is normal for rotors) =)
thanks

I need a F & R rotors for 02' Max, and I'm not sure which I should get, slotted or drilled or dimpled. Which rotors do you recommend for daily driver (wife's car) with some spirited use on weekends? I also need the Ultimate pads F & R. Can you send me a recommendation?

Thanks
Bryan

Hi AutoMax,

Your group deal and excellent services came highly recommended.

I am interested in getting replacement rotors and pads for my 2k2 baby. It is daily driver, with some fun and spirited driving during weekends on country roads (no autocross).

What would you recommend? I thought of the Brembo blanks, and the Axis Ultimate PBR pads for both front and rear.

What is the estimate + shipping to Baltimore Maryland? Does this estimate seem right?

Zinc plated Brembo blanks
$168 for the F/R set

Axxis Ultimate/PBR ultimate pads are $50 for 2002-2003
$100 for F/R ultimate

Shipping = $ ??

thanks - Noela

After seeing so many satisifed customers of this deal, I just want to verify some prices and get your input on my vehicle...

2003 Max SE, daily driven (semi-aggressively).

I don't need brakes out back, just up front (recently replaced the rears). But, here's what I'd like to get up front:

RTP Zinc plated drilled/slotted/dimpled - $93
PBR Ulitmate pads - $50
Shipping - $40
Total - $183

Do you think that I should go with those rotors for a car that's daily driven? Or, should I stick with the zinc plated blanks?

Thanks for your help!
