For 6th gen 2004-5 Maxima non-HID, the bulb type is HIR 9012. I'm hearing its base is the same as 9005/9006. Could you check and confirm this please?

hi there Nismo, dont worry, your car use 9004 bulbs so we have the kit for you without any problem, remember with this kit you dont need cut, mod, etc, just install it and that´s it. The price of the kit depends on the color(kelvins) that you want, 6000k white-blue, 7000k white-deep blue, 9000k blue, etc. I recomend the 7000k to you for $275 shipped to your door with fedex 2-3 days delivery. LEt me know if you are interested and you can send your payment to our premier business account at paypal: sebastian_hr@msn.com and we will process your order asap.

For all the people who is asking how many kits we sold on the org, the numbers are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 178 kitS!!!!

Best Regards,

Thats a shame with over 175 kits sold no one left feedback to your profile. Don't worry when I get my set in a few days I'll be the first.

d2r usually made for projectors and the d2r for refelctor applications, on the plug and play kits for over of 6000k is not a big difference cause the yellow color and bright on the d2r doesnt excist cause the 6000k+ give you white color. Sometimes it need it to avoid glare but that´s why our kit is the best. Everything is made to avoid glare and give you the amazing look and light of xenon lights.

D2S = projector lens
D2R = reflector lens
9007 is halogen bulb type and has nothing to do with D2S or D2R.

you are right s14, as i told him, S for projectors and R for reflection lens, after you are above 6000k is not necessary the shield cause theres not yellow colors on the bulbs. Well its a little difficult to explain but you will be fine with d2s bulbs.

Again People, all the orders are shipped.

hey people, sorry we forgot to tell you people, we are very happy on the company cause BMW, JAGUAR, FORD, CHEVROLET, VOLVO, PEUGEOT, SEAT, are right now selling HELIOS like TT parts not TOT so that means that the plug and play kits that we have are selling like OEM parts. Thats the best proof that the quality about H E L I O S is the best. Thanks for all your support and i know that there is a lot of kits out there to want to replace our brand but dont worry it will be impossible cause we dont sell fakes kits or second hand products just the best on the market.

Best Regards,

what K matches?

3 questions

What is the OEM K? 4300, 6500, 7000?

Do 6k Fogs necessarily match the 6k headlights? i was thinking maybe the smaller size (of the fog) would affect the output.

how is the light output of HIDs in the oem fog housing. i think the housing wasn't made for HIDs. Looks great in the pics. How is it on the road?

Thanks
sorry for repeat questions
peace

maximabest i had one more question: if you have daytime running lights (I live in Canada), are you able to keep them if you get a HI/LO kit? or do you have to disable the DRL's first before you can install the kit?

hi there rad, normal hids on most fo the car is 4300k, also a lot of people get the combo kit, i mean 6000k h3 on the foglight and 6000k on the headlights, and the result is amazing, you can see some pictures on this thread about it. The H3 mini is made to keep the right output and fit especifications on any car with H3 bulbs so you dont have to worry about anything.
About the light ouput our kit plug and play is made to get the best patter and ligh output on the market, so the bulbs is special made for each application on the car so the light on the road is really good.

9000k kit beam patter

6000k h3 kit beam pattern

Prince, dont worry about the daytime, i have daytime on my car and i have hids on the headlights, foglight without any problem.

Best Regards.

I'm just curious about how deep the H4 bulbs are. I've got a driving light that a standard h4 just barely fits into, it was originaly an h3 bulb. thanks.

maximabest,

sorry i don't make much sense when i get excited and type. i'm curous as to how the hid H4 bulbs compare to the standard halogen bulbs as far a dimensions go. ive got a fog light that used an h3 buld that i retrofited to use a halogen h4 but there is not much room between the tip of the halogen bulb and the glass on the front of the light.

thanks
