After checking the hawk website, i believe the rear should be part HB378Z.565which says its for the 2001-2003 maxima. The HB370Z.559 i believe is for the 6th gen (2003-2007). Could you confirm this?

On that page it lists it as 2001-2003 Maxima All.

So I think that in mid 2003 the brakes changed so you may want to take you pads out and compare it the measurements on those two pages because one of them is bigger then the other.

Or if you don't want to take it apart twice you can call you local Nissan Dealer with your vin number and get them to look up the pads. Than ask if they are the same on the 2002 or 2004 and you should know which to use then. And the
