HID Conversion Kit GROUP BUY!! 10 buyers = $230 shipped!

GROUP BUY!!!

Hi everyone,

Just started at maxima.org and wanted to startoff by saying Happy Fourth of July and let the fireworks and great deals begin!!

I just managed to source some of these high quality Techone HID kits made with the finest materials available. They come with the ISO9001 Certification and European E-Mark for 100% guaranteed product quality. Unlike the retail price of $400-500 per kit, with this group buy, I can get it to everyone for $230 shipped, no paypal fees, no shipping fees, just $230.

Note that these kits are only meant for offroad and show purposes only.
Available Bulb Sizes: H1, H3, H7, H8, H4-Low, 9004, 9005, 9006, 9007
Available Color Temperatures: 4000K, 5000K, 6000k, 8000k, 10000k, 12000k, 14000k

This kit includes 2 ballasts with integrated igniters, 2 HID bulbs, and all the wiring needed for a plug and play kit. However, an upgraded wiring harness is not included but can be bought separately at most online auto stores. Below are some pictures of the HID kit, the certifications, and the HID kit installed on actual customer's cars!

Techone Technical Info

Color Chart

Scion 6000K w/ 9006 Projectors

Bike with 10000K

Check below for the prices! This special price is only available for single beam HID kits. If you are interested in the D2S/D2R or H4 Bi-xenon kits, PM me separately for the prices on those... and now for the GB prices!

10 buyers = $230 shipped with a no-questions-asked 1-year warranty!

1. Jamax - 9004 10000K
2. MaximaExposure - 9004 6000K
3.
4.
5.
6.
7.
8.
9.
10.

There is a one year no-questions-asked manufacturer warranty on all bulbs and ballasts! 100% satisfaction guarantee, the easiest HID kit to install ever, approximately 10-15 minutes and you're done!

If the kit is faulty and falls under the warranty, just send it back to me in the original package (no exceptions) and I will send you a replacement ASAP. All S/H is, however, the responsibility of the buyer.

The ballasts, upon the first 5 seconds of startup, take only 3.5 amps of power from your stock wiring! Since your stock halogens take more than that, our HID kit is SAFE for your stock wiring.

Any questions, please don't hesitate to PM or e-mail me at the above address. Thanks for your time maxima users, enjoy!

Best Regards,
George

Do you guys sell D2R bulbs? If I get a HID kit it would be for my fog lights(6000k), and I'll need new 6000k bulbs to match my low beams.

Aftermarket HID kits ARE illegal because most people who install them install it in their normal halogen light housings. Those lights were not designed for HID light output, and therefore do not have the required light cutoff and thus blind other cars.

WOuld be better if you retrofit some HID projectors, those have the correct cutoffs. The eBay projectors are POS and do not disperse light well.

Hi guys,

We don't offer separate parts, we only offer replacement parts for warranties.

You can get projectors from Audi's and Mercedes, those sorts, and purchase our D2S kit. It plugs right up into the projectors. A D2S 4000K will work fine. These are in the GB for $240 shipped. I've also included H4 Bi-xenon as well for $360 shipped, but only available in the GB. The H4 Bi-xenon we sell uses a silenoid shield to allow HID light for both low and high beam.

could i see some actual pictures of 8000k?? i dont kno much about HID lighting, which r the brightest and put out the most light? I've been looking and 8000k seem to be the most popular. Ur prices r the same as ebay except they give u free wiring harnesses. BUT sometimes i dont trust ebay sellers...

Is the 8000k a deep blue?
Do you sell upgraded wiring harnesses?
If you had projectors would it put out more light?
Does it include install instructions?
IS the housing waterproof?

Hi Puremax,

Our ballasts are designed to take only 7 amps upon startup so no wiring harness is needed and you can save the $50 as well as not having to have a lot of wires around in your engine bay.

8000K is "medium" blue, 6000K is light, and 10000K is dark blue.
No need for the wiring harness.
Projectors would concentrate the light and you would need our D2S kit.
It has installation instructions but some of the steps in it aren't required. Basically, all you do is take out the stock bulb, put in the HID's, connect it to the ballast, then connect the ballast to the stock wiring. You're done.
The whole kit is completely weather-resistant and waterproof.

Thanks.

Hi, total n00b here. I would like to get in on this deal, but I don't know what rating I should get. I have a 98 Max stock and my eye site is just **** poor at night

1) What rating do you guys recommend for my situation?
2) After reading other HID threads, all I need is a pair of 9004?
3) Someone said it's illegal to install these for everyday city driving, but people do it anyway?
4) How much are projectors so it can be street legal?

Off topic... I was also wondering why I can't start new threads, and why don't I have a private message center, so I need to pay to get those services?

TIA.

Hi Sir,

I can help you out with those questions.

1. I recommend 5000K or 6000K for the most light. You have to sacrifice output for color when you go with 8000K and above.
2. Yes, a 98 Maxima is 9004.
3. People do it anyway because most cars come stock with HID's.
4. A projector retrofit isn't legal either, just looks like it has a higher chance of looking legal to a police officer.

You can't start new threads because you just signed up, there are forum rules in the links above if I'm not mistaken.

Not all 2005 maximas come with HIDs. I believe it is an option.

I checked up on the replacement guide, it looks like the 05 Maxima comes standard with HID's, correct me if I'm wrong.

No, HIDS are not standard. I believe only on the SL models they are standard and optional on the SE.

Thanks for answering all my questions. I should be able to save enough money in 3 weeks, and I will probably go with the 6000K. I want 2x as bright as my stock bulbs, but it would be nice to have a lil blue to make it look classier. Thanks.

Can you post actual pics of the 5000K, 6000K & 8000ks. I'm probably interested in a set of 6000K H7s, but I want to make sure that they are not a dark pink color like the KOPS 6000ks.

Morning guys,

Maximized: Hrm, I have no idea what the size is because the two replacement guides we use all say it's standard, damn. If anyone knows, please let me know, thanks.

MaximaExposure: I'm going to put you down for a 9004 6000K then. Thanks.

2k2nyc: Here are the comparison pics:

5000K on Audi

6000K on Celica

8000K on Acura CL

Xenith - I know the 6th gen isn't that popular but damn. Not all 6th's come with HIDs. Its standard on SL and an option on SE. I have a bi-halogen setup w/ projectors from the factory and I'd like to get a set of HIDs to replace the factory bulbs.

Hey Hamy,

I'll make a call to a local Nissan dealership and ask em about the SE bulb size for you and the other 6th gen Maxima drivers.
