what kind of amp should i get? im not too savvy on amps. i don't really want to spend too much more money atm.

First, I need a good pair of 12"s that won't blow out on me. Don't care what brand really.

Second, I need a good AMP to go along with those 12's..I can't stand the factory stock Bose system anymore.

You would want about a 500-600 watt 4 channel amp. I have a Power Acoustik 600 Watt 4 channel amp #A600-4HP -$110 shipped, instock. They normally sell for $170.

We deal with Cerwin Vega alot because of their subs are tuff and hit hard.
I can get you 2 of the Cerwin-Vega HED 12 subs for $188 shipped. 300 Watts RMS. The correct air space box would be an Audio Enhancers #CS12. It is a carpeted MDF box for and would be $72 shipped. If you want the Cerwin-Vega AMP for them it would be a XL-600.1 - 600 Watts RMS. $314 shipped by itself or $305 shipped with the subs. I can also get you other brand amps. Sound Storm #F2800 1600Watt Amp would be great on them. It is $153 shipped. We also have the wiring kits if you need them. For the Sound Storm Amp I would use a 8 Gauge Tsunami Amp kit with RCAs which is $35 shipped. If you use the Cerwin-Vega Amp you will want a 4 Gauge amp kit. I have them from Power Acoustik for $48 shipped with RCAs.

If you want to step it up a level the Cerwin-Vega VMAX Series sub is 600 watts RMS and would be $249 shipped for 2 subs. The Box would be a #PSQ20012 which is $95 shipped. The Cerwin-Vega Amp would be an #EXL-1200D. Class D Mono Amp 1200x1RMS. It is $435 shipped. If you want a Sound Storm Amp they have a #F2500D which is a Class D Mono 1500x1RMS Amp. It is $229 shipped. You would need a 0/2 Gauge Amp Kit for either of those amps. The Power Acoustik 2 Gauge kit is $49 shipped.

With Bose system or Comfort Package #99-7416 - You can only use a single din radio with this kit. If you have this model and want a double din radio then you would have to fabricate something.
