Quote needed

Can you get me a price on a set of front Deluxe Plus pads (best for long life and low dust?) and rotors (If you offer them - standard, slotted, dimpled - which is better?) I have a 99 Maxima SE and do a mix of highway and city driving. Nothing crazy.
Shipping to 53213. Thx

I would honestly just go with the deluxe plus pads and the solid faced rotors. You could do the drilled, but given your situation I think the solids would be best. What is the production date of your Max?

Thanks,
Jeff

06/98 manufacture. Looking for fronts only. I'm OK with the solid faced rotors but would still prefer the ultimates if you have them. Unless the ultimates make a lot of dust. Just looking for ones that are going to last. Plan on keeping this vehicle for a while.

Ok, I could do the Ultimates and the Solid rotors for $145 shipped. The Ultimates will dust more than the DP, but do perform better.

thanks,
Jeff

I could do it for $230 shipped. Again, these are the real cast-in slotted rotors done by Brembo when they are made... not the blanks slotted out by a 3rd party....

Thanks agian,
Jeff

I could do the Ultimates and rotors for $142 shipped. The dust but not too bad, and make a little noise, but only when cold....

Thanks again,
Jeff

Hey Jeff, I'm needin some pads! I got a full set of the slotted Brembos and some Deluxe pads from you back in like October or so last year, but the Deluxe's fade too easy and I think I want to try either the MM's or the Ultimate's.

Is it the general conscinsous that the Ultimates grab better, dust more, and also squeak more when compared with the MM's? I am just looking for some more bite and fade resistance than the Deluxe's, which are nearly a dust free pad as promised but they just don't grab like I wanted...

which would you reccommend?

Thanks,
-Matt

Hey Matt... yeah the ultimates grab a lot harder, but do dust more. I've used both on a few different cars. I never had problem with noise on either, but the Ults definitaly dust more. However, they have a noticably better bite.

Thanks again!
Jeff

would both the Ulti's and the MM's hold hold up to the slotted rotors w/ repaeted hard breaking, and would the rotors I got from you take the heat from the better-bitting pads?

For some reason they only make the rears in the Ultimates for that car. Would Metal Master be alright? Let me know...

Thanks again,

I looked up and found listings saying that the following applications are compatible so maybe the ultimates are available using one of these applications:

91-97 Infiniti G20
00-up Nissan Sentra 1.8
90-93 Nissan Stanza 2.4
89-93 Nissan 240SX 2.4 (ABS)
97-98 Nissan 240SX 2.4
96-98 Nissan 240SX 2.4 (ABS) (5-lug)

Nope, they are all the D 1165 series, only available in MM and DP.

Thanks,

Well, the axxis part of that # is 10907000, which brings up our # D 1167 RU, but thats showing as a Hyundai part.... I'm not sure.

I found the another reference at nopi which has it as part number 655+1512 (this may be their part #) but it does say hyundai/nissan). How much would that be with the rears?
