i just called today and placed an order.. for those still lookin for this deal, apparently its still on. I even order a new set of struts/shocks tokicos from redline. backorder tein H-techs till next wednesday...hope to get them in by friday of next week.

The H-techs are backordered another week!?!?!?

It's been over two weeks since I ordered my springs and I still don't have them. Now finding out I won't get them for another week makes me quite frustrated.

 

Progress I was frustrated myself today When I found out yours were not shipped. Come to find out when the order came in, Tein was backordered. They are back in stock at Tein Now. I ordered several sets so that we have them reserved for us. yours will definately go out on Tuesday, Call me and I can work something out for you.

 

Call you? If the best ship date is next Tuesday, what can I do? If you can same day or next day, that would be good. I don't mean to sound like a d!ck, Corey. It's just been a while, that's all.

I ordered the springs and shocks several weeks ago! The spring just arrived (weeks later) and the shocks havent shown up.

 

Corey, please tell me the springs will be shipped today for delivery on Friday.

 

I ordered my springs and shocks last week...corey said they'd be here right around wednesday which is today...since digger01 hasnt gotten them yet and its been weeks for him...i'm for sure not gonna see these springs and shocks for the longest time...

...now i gotta cancel tomorrows appointment for putting them on...
...sucks!!!!

 

Today is the third week anniversary of my order (1/19). I've been told they were delayed one week, twice already. I've cancelled one appointment and if I don't get them by tomorrow I will have to cancel another. Apparently they are 2 daying them but something makes me think otherwise. I'm fed up and if I don't get them by Friday I may cancel my order.

same thing happended to me read my previous posts. but you know what almost everywhere else they are on backorder also so i say just wait im sure redlinemax is not to blame it took me around 3weeks also im sure he will come thru. its well worth the wait i love the h-techs on my car nice subtle drop and great ride quality like stock.

 

gdd dammit!! i'm freakin jealous i want my springs and shocks now...
most of you that had them installed...did you do it yourself or had someone else do it?...i dont have the tools to do it let alone the time so i made my so called appointments with meineke to do them for me...charge is 220...you think its worth it?

 

That's not that bad of a price, especially if you aren't able to do it alone.

 

i got them installed for 145 took about 2hrs but afterward i found another place that does it for 125 so my advice is look around and claim a low price on the shop and ask if they can beat it or match it i would say 120-175 is a good price for the installation. good luck

 

damm...thats one hella good deal...125 ...thats for shocks/struts and springs right?.....that meineke place told me its about a 3 1/2 hour job to do all 4 springs and struts/shocks..

I guess i'm gonna be callin around town for some deals..

 

It probably depends on where you are located. To what kind of place did you take yours? Was it a tuner shop?

 

yeah i took it to 2kmotoring in reseda(california) and the other place that would have done it for 125 is ohc motoring also in reseda.

Wow I hate how everything is a rip off where I live. Cheapest place where I live was $240 at a local tuner shop. It kinda of funny cause the meineke around my way quoted me at $500. I guess thats what happen when you live the county with the the highest median of income in usa.

i think so but unfortunately you wont get them for a while. Progress has been waiting for his for the longest time, like amost 3-4 weeks. I've only been waiting for about 1 1/2 weeks now. I dont know what the deal is but the last time I spoke with corey, he said they were gonna get them in last tuesday and i havent gotten a reply since then. Progress and I are getting a little skeptical about this deal....
