Unfortunately KYB doesn't make the boots for you 97 - you can confirm that here: http://www.kyb.com/catalog/index.php...=630&x=45&y=10

Would you like me to see if we have any other brands?

Thanks !!

Jeff

Sure, could you find out for me? My boots are completely shredded up.

Strange, I wonder where Cattman gets theirs from. They must be discontinued...

Yea, I called KYB, they never made them... So that guy is obviuosly selling a non-KYB product as a KYB product. I list no strut boot at all whatsoever. I wonder if he's using a different year strut boot? Too bad he doesnt list the part #...

Thanks,
Jeff

Ok, I have the 95-99 boot issue figured out. Stephen (not sure what your username is) called and placed an order and set me straight. Apparantly the 95-99 use the same front boots as a Mustang and the same rear boots as a Miata. I have since updated the original post to show the new info. Thanks for the info Stephen, and also for the order!

Let me know what else you guys need! Thanks for the continued support.

Best Regards,
Jeff

Just saw this - was stuck in a meeting. Looks like you've already got the info you need!

Just as an FYI - the KYB boots are known to be of sh*tty quality. If you could source some other brands that are more durable, that would be a great help.

Thanks for the help... Regarding the boots, I've had nothing but good experiences with them. They should all be the same rubber compound. Like I said, have used them on my cars - no complaints on my end. Also, I've sold a multitude of them without any customer complaining...

Thanks again,
Jeff

Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean. I called KYB and they only make the AGX for the 95-99. Can the 95-99 ones somehow be modified to fit the newer Maximas? Let me know...

Thanks,
Jeff

List price is the suggested retail price by KYB. Our price to Maxima.org members is $420 w/ free shipping. This is a very good deal on these shocks.

Thanks,
Jeff

I think it would be KYB part # 741007 x 2, 741006 x 1 ,741005 x 1 - Could do $350 shipped for this AGX set. For the GR-2's I could do $245 shipped. Again, we can ship these today if you want them.

Thanks,
Jeff

also, i want to confirm that the boots fits tokico illumina shocks as i read elsewhere

Well, I dont list any bearing at all for the 95-99 Maximas. I think they come built in or you just don't need them. Here are the prices for everything you wanted:

Front Mount - SM5324 - $28 each x 2 = $56
Rear Mount Kit - SM5123 - $5 each x 2 = $10
Front Boot - SB103 - $12 each x 2 = $24
Rear Boot - SB108 - $12 each x 2 = $24
Subtotal = $114
Shipping = $6
Grand Total = $120 shipped!

This should be a very good deal on these parts. They are all in stock and ready to ship!

Thanks again,
Jeff

well, the stock mounts have bearings and i thought they're NOT built-in in the KYB mounts. can somebody confirm if nissan strut bearings will fit in the KYB mounts? or if they're needed at all.

Ok, to confirm: these mounts DO come with bearings. I physically checked on them.

I tried to track the package and UPS shows "billing info received". Have the parts left your hands yet? i'm hoping the expected delivery date holds true so i can do the install this weekend.
