what?! that's not fair... i was the very first to order and i paid 169... that sucks man... and i called in and they shipped it late... WOW. If i didn't call they wouldn't have found out i paid and ordered...

I called in today and they told me to send the pics to jose... I will do that after i post these here... I got them the 16th opened and checked.. all othe ones are perfect but when i checked out the inner left; it was missing two studs so i can't put them on... thanks!

Issues with my order are being taken care of... thx... I'll let you know if there's any more problems.

However, a small suggestion, 'cause I saw you mention UPS and their way of handling parcels, and you're absolutely right - I used to work there;
anyways, it should help tremendously if you guys use a bit bigger box. That way, you can pack it with a lot more bubble wrap.

Packaging as it is ... adequate. Just a suggestion though. Maybe it helps with a few broken standoffs.... Shouldn't that justify extra shipping and packing costs, probably very minute?

Great suggestion. We actually already are going to repackage each of the light before they ship. The boxes they came in from the factory are meant to be adquate to ship in, but never seem to make it there in one piece. The repackaging will take a little bit longer but will be worth it in the long run with less broken shipments.
