You can adjust the damping on them. Which is how firm or soft the right is.

We have the Tokico instock and H&R has the springs instock. The tokico would ship same or next day from MI and H&R would ship from CA with-in 3-4 days.

sorry for the slow reply...I ordered koni yellows and eibach springs and it took about 2-3 weeks before I got them since they did not have the struts in stock..
