I had the exact same problem. Thats why I kept posting that you need a double pulse generator for the 1-way sys. I had everything installed by a professional, but it only locks and doesn't unlock. He put another relay in and he made it so that it only unlocks instead of only locking. Now I have to push the unlock button, then the lock(doesn't lock) button, and then the unlock button, in order for it to finally unlock. The double pulse generator costs $50-$60, I gotta buy it and then get it installed again. Trust me, I'm not happy about it either...

Feacture wise they are similar except the 2 way comes with 2 LCD remote, and it has a longer range of detection.

The 1 way I think we might still have 1 left
1 way is same feature minus the lcd remote with less dection range.
and the 1 way is $55

and for all Nissan cars you would need a double pulse generator to make it work which is around 10-$16 on ebay.

How much better is the 2 way alarm against my stock 2002 altima alarm?

What more features does it have or protection I might be interested in the 2way.

lol
Here is an English explanation:
pretty much it has all the features of your OEM alarms plus the 2 way remote which let yo know if you lock/unlock your car. Distance range is also wider/longer than your existing oem alarms plus is motion sensitivity.
Correct me if I am wrong but your OEM alarm will only go off when the person is trying to unlock your car. For our 2 way alarm if the alarm dected there is force around the car it will go off automaticly, and there is a switch, which let you adjust the sensitivity level.

hope that helps
