The Zex and NX kits will not spray constantly, only when you have it on and the gas all the way to the floor. I would go with a Zex 82021 wet kit or NX 20923-10 wet kit.

The kits come with all that you need to install and use except the gas. I would go with the NX wet kit like the #20923-10.

We always reccomend a wet kit. It is safer for the motor and you. I don't know of any NOS manuals. Check out the manufactorers sites, they usually have good info.
