my man i bet you the harness was wired incorrectly. check the low/high/ground wires. That's what I did to the 9004 kit I got from my cousin, and it works, except for one critical part that maximabest hasn't replied to my PMs about. Seems like a lot of people having problems right now and getting the run around. somehow, I feel better I'm not the only one getting shafted.

Thanks for your help kbmax but I'm havinig problem more weird than that. My brothers bi-xenon kit acts funny. As soon as my low beams on bulb shifts lke if I'd turn high beams and I see indication of high beams on gauge cluster. However when I turn high beams nothing happens. Everything just stays the same only fog lights go OFF like it should be.

a lot of people resolve this, is not a problem at all "maximas" has 2 different polarities so sometimes you need to change the wire pin, easy job, i know sometimes is confuse but is very important to know about it.

If someone has this problem i will send the pics of how to do it without any problem, i just want to make clear this and dont confuse another costumers.

i think you just need to drill a hole on the dust cap to pass the wires.

I sent you a pm maximabest in regards to your questions about my 7k hids, I also noticed that my girlfriends 6k H1's had the intergrated igniters but my 7k H4's have seperate igniters, do u think you that has anything to do with the white/purple color output im getting?

It's either that or the people who label the hid bulbs with the red stickers mislabeled the bulbs i got because now that I look at the color output they look more like 6k not 7k. And mislabeling a product is not unusual , maybe 1 out of a 100 will get mislabeled. So if anything maybe I can send these back to you and get another set of 7k H4's and hopefully it will be the accurate color shown on the pics on the helios website, thanks.

Is MaximaBest taking a long time to ship the item, or is it that you paid and looking for a conformation number right away? Was interested, but didn't want to get shafted. I'm sure he'll send them, but around how lond is it taking to recieve the HIDs?

I've never heard of Helios. Is it just as comparable to Philips or McCulloch? Whats the warranty? How long do the kits typically last?
