It fits both. You can even double check Koyo's website and they say you are supposed to use part A2415 if you have the 6-spd manual.
Use the application search on http://www.koyorad.com/ and you will see.

thank you very much for the verification. is there any performance radiators for the maxima? i know back when i had a boosted ek9, i used a koyo performance radiator but this one doesn't look "performance" if you get what i mean.

I think you called today right? I think I might have talked to you. Mishimoto appears to be the only company offering the 6spd 3.5 V6 Maxima's a fully aluminum radiator.
