After speaking with him on the phone several times during this slow transaction. Also cancelling my paypal complaint about 2 weeks or so ago.

I actually reccived my refund today.

A week or so ago, I gave him explicit instructions to call me before he was to issue a paypal refund. He actually called me this morning and left me a message. I contacted him via AIM messnger this afternoon, and reccived my refund via paypal.

He has always insisted that I call him, messaging his phone number to me several times.

He has given me stories and explanations, which at this point I dont belive to be lies.

I promised that if he can take a picture of him holding a HID kit, at his house, with my name Labeled on it, I will purchase from him. This have taken a while, but it seems like he is still doing his part. Yes his busniess communication may be a little rough around the edges, but it seems like he is learning.

Hopefully this will work out for alll parties involved.

 

I told you guys he's a good person. While its nerve wracking waiting for your money and all he is a good businessman. And if anyone hasnt gotten their refund yet, try calling. In all honesty I think handling business on the phone is easier, incase someones pm box is full.

But for anyone still looking for HIDs, Roger is your man. Just call him up and it'll be smooth.

 

ok, i have a 2k1 maxima NON HID's WITH MY STOCK HALOGEN HOUSING. I WANNA get the 12,000k HID kit, but im not sure if i should get the REGULAR H4, OR THE H4-2............could some one explain to me what i need?

Don't get the 12,000k, they will give off too much glare and low output... Stick with the 6000k or 8000k at the most.

As far as the hi/low kits, I konw they used to be pretty unreliable, but I'm sure the technology has improved.

 

are the h3c (minis) available in 3000k??

...i believe digital did his fogs with the regular h3s -not the mini, is there a thread somewhere that describes the modifications (if any) to put in the regular h3s? thanx!!

I ordered back on 9/21, and still haven't received any lights, no tracking number, etc. Looks like it's the same for many others here.

I keep getting strung along regarding when they will actually ship, when ever I can catch him on IM. I think I'm going to file with paypal... I don't want to mess with a man's business, but this is really just outrageous...

 

i understand, but at the same time.....its YOUR money we are talking about, and when its YOUR money, i feel as though the customer should be aware of the situation...im talking personal phone call to let YOU know what the status is.

This is getting very interesting. I'm glad I filed a dispute with my credit card company after things started to get a little scary.
