I got the damn spacers and one of the studs is different. This sucks as after waiting for so long I can't even install them. Can't you guys check what you're shipping, I mean you only ship like 3 orders a week. I called the number on the web and it says voicemail has not been setup. Are you guys for REAL????

 

I got mine and they were a smooth install even received a few extra studs LOL. You should PM before bashing, he responded to me very quick with all my questions.

 

We can't control how long the UPS shipping to you. We sold a lot of wheel spacers to different type of customers without any problems. We will exchange a new stud if your stud is defected.

This is a joke we are shipping 3 orders a week. Don't try to be spam in the forum

This ain't no joke for sure. Your PayPal feedback says it all. Nobody says you took too long to ship, all I said is that you should pay more attention to what's in the box (quality control). I got different studs, different lengt and tread.

I called multiple times today and nobody picked up, so don't tell me to PM before posting. Please send the missing stud to the PayPal address on file (inkavenue). I purchased the 10mm set for 2004 nissan max. Thank you.

 

Someone thinks dealing with people over the internet is a joke. I am very frustrated that another week has passed and I haven't received the missing stud. I have called the number on the site and nobody picked up. Couldn't leave a message cause the voicemail is not setup yet. I sent an email, no response. Somebody get back to me or a charge back might be my only option left.

I do business online ( sending products daily ) and make sure my customers are happy. I can't stand the kind of incompetence I am seeing here.

 

is there local pickup available on 25mm spacers? i dont wanna wait on shipping nor wanna end up recieving them with wrong studs. thanks.

 

It would be unfair if I only posted negative comments here so here it is.

They sent me 5 more studs last week and I already have it installed. Good quality spacers, if only one stud wasn't missing it would have been a perfect 10. I'd still give A for quality spacers.

 

Sorry we don't deal with retail walk in customer, you can go to our retailers to buy the wheel spacers.

You don't have to worry, the wrong stud just a defected but won't happen again.

Yes they are all hubcentric. All wheel spacers sit on center of your hub which they won't move around.

You have to take your oem short studs out and put our new longer studs into your hub.
