harry, I've been waiting for a sale on the 95-99 led mirror shells since before thanksgiving... I finally gave up and ordered something else for my car...I've got a set of your covers, but the passenger side is disconnected at the led bar. You don't have a passenger side you want to sell me do you? You can see the drivers one in the picture.
Anyway, I'm in Canada and want to know how much extra for shipping on those led mirror shells? Now to try and come up with some more $$$
thanks.
btw, I really like the strut bar in the picture... nice design.

The issue of the materials used for our products had never been brought up before, having been asked by a customer for the difference between our ABS plastic and fiberglass rear window spoilers, I did some searching to find out the difference. In all honesty I do not know the difference and have relied on google to give me some answers.
It seems to be personal preference.. I personally liked the ABS plastic ones as it is pretty much the same material as the sunroof visor and side window visors that we have on our cars already. Being not completely blacked out, they still allow for some light to shine through. If this is not your taste, the option to paint over it is an option still. Compared to our 6th gen fiberglass rear window spoilers, the bottom portion is unfinished (rough) whereas the entire ABS rear window spoilers (top and bottom) are finished (smooth). While these areas are not clearly visible once installed, I have found through experience with customers that some are particular about their cars and have needed this information. Also bear in mind that our 6th gen fiberglass rear window spoilers will require the additional investment of 3m double sided exterior mounting tape and preferably, some adhesion promoter. Our ABS plastic models already have tape installed and only require the purchase of adhesion promoter ($1-2). We hope to package this with our products in coming weeks for customers.
In my personal experience, on my 98 Maxima, I have the ABS plastic full sized rear window spoiler on my car since Fall of 2002 as this was one of the first products we started to carry way back when. To this day, you still can not budge the spoiler because I had used the attached tape and adhesion promoter. It was applied in relatively warm weather and the surface area was properly cleaned and prepped before installation. A year later, the roof spoiler was painted body color to match my car (while still attached) and I have not had any problems with the finish as well. I am located in NYC and have experienced some drastic changes in weather. There has yet to be any noticeable effects on my rear window spoiler.
Here is a rather informative link I found that goes into some detail to explain the topic:

The main comparison excerpt:
" Most canopies sold in the Australian market place have either
fibreglass or ABS plastic shells. Fibreglass has a higher load bearing
strength than ABS, but ABS has higher impact strength than fibreglass.
Since it is not recommended to put any load directly onto any canopy
(see below), the greater impact strength of ABS can provide a real
benefit in the event of accident damage. In many impact situations
where fibreglass will crack or shatter, the ABS will survive
unscathed, although minor damage to both materials can be repaired.
Generally, offroad users prefer ABS canopies because they withstand
the vibration and shock of rough roads whereas fibreglass can tend to
crack in similar circumstances. The external texture of canopies is
either "leathergrain" or "smooth", depending on manufacturer's
production moulds. "Leathergrain" is more forgiving when it comes to
showing minor scuffing - it doesn't show the marks as easily..."

There are still 9 sunshades left.. As far as if they're worth it, its a hard question to answer. I like it in my car.. Its different and provides some benefit. Half sized rear roof spoilers, I can do $130 shipped as part of this deal.
Harry, did you get my message Friday? I left you a voicemail and spoke to TJ Sunday about them. Just let me know if you still have last set of LED mirror signals as I want to meet up with you to purchase.
Thanks,
Keith

The sunshade is already as cheap as I can possibly make them, I'm practically giving them away at below cost. Normally I can discount if I ship together but those two particular items I would ship separately.
