Would the bi xenon H4 work for a 2k max? And by using the bi xenon, would that mean I'll still have my high beam(now xenon) when I hit the high beam switch?

and

If I were to use just the regular H4 kit, would I loose high beam functionality (nothing happens when I hit the high beam switch?)

1 question h4 has bi-xenon so yes and yes to your questions

2nd question also correct, if you get the single beam h4 you will loose high beam function

i'm sorry if it's annoying you, but the 150 is just the techone bulbs, so the $200 is the techone for the whole kit?(ballasts, ignitor, etc)
