We still sell catbacks, they're just not on sale. We can barely keep them in stock this time of year, but right now we do have 95-99 b-pipes and mufflers in stock.
Regarding your other questions, I've sent you a PM.

Im ready to order your exhaust and headers pretty soon!!!!!!!!
We just sold a batch of headers, although I have one set left right now that will fit any 95-03 Maxima (has EGR port + a plug that screws in). Won't have more 00-03 catbacks for a few days, but you might want to jump on this header set, there won't be more for about a month.

We're out of stock for several days, so give us a call, place the order, and we'll get one out to you as soon as more arrive (about 7-10 days, hopefully sooner). We don't charge the CC till the part's ready to ship.
This is the busiest time of year for exhaust parts, so its quite unusual for them to be on sale, but we'll be glad to apply your maxima.org discount.

We've got the 95-99 catback you need in stock, ready to ship. Price is $600, knocked down to $570 with a maxima.org discount.

I expect to receive another batch in about 4 weeks. We still haven't caught up with demand after the first 70 units (each batch has been committed before it arrives), so I strongly suggest just placing the order ASAP to get a place in line. Its painless, we don't take your money till the part's ready.

(postal service please)
The 00-03 Maxima muffler goes in a box that is too large to ship to Canada via US Postal Service, so that box would need to ship UPS.
We can ship the b-pipe that way, but I'll note that we have been seeing 8-12 day delays on US Postal Service packages going through Canadian Customs so the b-pipe could arrive well after the muffler does.
Anyway, I'll be glad to cook up a shipping quote, but will need your postal code to figure that out.
Brian
I'll note that I just added a few headers to the group deal because one of our distributors is "not prepared" to take them. They are not discounted. I put them up because this is the first group of headers that we've been able to sell off the shelf, for immediate shipment.
All of our contact information is at the beginning of this thread.

The original Nissan gaskets for the manifold flanges and between the y-pipe and cat are very durable, 2- and 3-layer metal gaskets. I almost never replace them when we're doing header fitment testing on the Cattmobile, but some people always replace gaskets, and in some cases the gaskets may require replacement if old enough.
Since they're not always required, we don't include those gaskets because the cost would have to be added to the price of the headers, but the customer may decide that he/she wants or needs them. As a convenience, we offer those 3 gaskets as an optional set for $40, which would be less than is charged at most Nissan parts counters.
I guess that covers it.

Hey yourself, this would be a nice setup! With the "full exhaust discount" applied, the total drops from $1710 to $1582 and the shipping for the 3 large boxes is $105, for at total of $1687.

Check the prices on the preceding post, shipping's exactly the same for you.

Sorry bout that - I tend to make things more complicated than necessary sometimes.
Here's what I would suggest, rather than sending a pair from here. Go to any auto parts or hot rod shop and get a pair of "header collector gaskets" there. They're always 3-hole, triangular gaskets (the bolt holes will match with the header flanges we use), but you may not be able to find them with the 2.0" center holes that exactly match the header outlets we use - no matter, 2.5" versions work fine (that's often the smallest center hole size you'll find on the rack).
See, I still managed to make it complicated, but in all seriousness, this is the best solution.

No, none of these prices include shipping. Getting an RSB from AZ to IL will cost $24.

We wouldn't want any down payment for a purchase like this. If you order today (before we sell the last header set we have on hand) I can ship everything this coming Tuesday (when we receive more cats and catbacks). We would not charge your CC until we receive the parts on Monday.

Give us a call and we'll take your CC information when you place the order, simple as that. You've got the correct total for the parts, 2-3 day shipping will be an additional $11.

Yes, at least for some Altimas. We'll be doing the fitment and dyno testing of our 05/06 Altima V6 (auto tranny) y-pipe between 08-14 June. If all goes well, production should follow pretty quickly. We'll be working on the 6M tranny version of the y-pipe in parrallel, so it should be ready soon after the auto version.
These y-pipes will be available with and without cats (we'll be using our very successful FastCat) and we'll dyno test both versions too. I do not have prices yet. I'm hoping we'll have the auto version for sale by the end of July.
Once we've got the y-pipes going, we'll start on designing the manifolds.
As far as the 02/04 Altimas go, they require a slightly different y-pipe design that doesn't cross over to any Maximas, so this is not as high a priority for us. We'll see how our 05/06 (one of the two y-pipes might fit the 07 too) Altima sales go before we decide if we want to do an 02/04 y-pipe or header design.
