Thank you to everyone that came out to the 2012 East Coast Maxima Event! It was a ton of fun! And it was nice finally meeting everybody!

The sale is over, but don't forget to ask for free shipping if you order any Phenolic Spacer Kit or Engine Torque Link Kit.

And be sure to include what color bottle opener or can cooler you want us to include in your package.

With any purchase over $100, we will throw in a ...
FREE aluminum keychain bottle opener or FREE neoprene can/bottle cooler insulator (aka coozie).

Please include a message with your order letting us know what color you prefer. Please only choose one. While supplies last. And you are allowed to combine free shipping AND still get a bottle opener or coozie added to your package. All you have to do is ask for it when you place your order.

Welcome to Maxima.org!!

No problem. But I'm not sure what you mean by "fluids".

$225.00 - 5pc Phenolic Thermal Intake Spacer Kit for the 02-08 Maxima
$34.85 - Basic VIAS Block Plate Kit
$14.00 - Shipping via USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail
$273.85 TOTAL

If you want the Premium VIAS Block Plate, your total will be $299.00 shipped.

Right now, the 3.5L Spacer Kits are on backorder until early next week. But it's a limited batch, so those kits may sell out before we receive them. Then the backorder date on our website will be pushed back to the middle of April on all new orders.

So as soon as your ready, please go ahead and place your order on our website to ensure your package ships this coming Monday or Tuesday instead of 2-3 weeks from now.

Here is a link to our website: http://www.nwpengineering.com/Phenol...rs.html#VQ35DE

Please let me know if you have any more questions.

Thank you for posting. A response has been sent.

I'm sorry, we don't have any plans right now to run another group buy any time soon. But please be sure to ask for free shipping with the instructions shown in the first post of this thread.

This week, we are hoping to release our new NWP 75mm Big Bore Throttle Body Kit for the VQ35DE Maxima, Altima, 350z, and G35.

Here's a thread another member started about it on the org: http://forums.maxima.org/5th-generat...ming-soon.html

So in the original post, it says the free shipping is domestic only and is $10-15 off. Obviously it wouldn't be free, but would I get $15 off my $35 Canadian shipping if I followed the procedure?

Yes, I will be happy to extend this deal to you as long as you purchase either a 5pc Phenolic Thermal Intake Spacer Kit and/or the Engine Torque Link Kit. You may purchase other things at the same time such as our 75mm Big Bore Throttle Body Kit and have them all ship in the same package if you'd like. But the discount you will receive will be between $13-15 depending on exactly what is ordered.

That shouldn't be a problem, I'm planning on buying everything: TB, VIAS block plate, torque link, and 5 pc spacers. In a couple paycheques time, that is

Aaron,
Looking at the 3 peice kit for my wife's '04 Quest. I looked at the sight but couldn't verify that the 3 peice kit also came with the coolant bypass barb. Thanks!

Yes, the 3pc Spacer Kit for the VQ35DE comes with the coolant bypass fitting. It comes with everything the 5pc kit comes with except for the two very important two lower intake manifold spacers.

Here's an excerpt from our FAQ section that may be helpful:

What is the difference between the 5pc and the 3pc Thermal Intake Spacer Kit for the VQ35DE?

In all our testing, the 5 piece kit is noticeably better than the 3 piece kit.

With our 5pc kit, you will be insulating the lower intake manifold, which gets very hot, 175-185 degrees. (178 degrees to be exact on our 5pc test vehicle) With the addition of the two thin LIM Spacers, the LIM temps were lowered to 144-145 degrees. That is a 33 degree reduction in LIM temps!

As for the UIM, having the entire 5pc kit installed will lower those UIM surface temperatures by 41-43 degrees. The UIM was 146-147 before. And 104-105 after.

With only the 3pc kit in place, the UIM temps will be decreased from 157 to 127 degrees for a temperature reduction of 30 degrees. And since the LIM Spacers aren't installed, your LIM will still be blistering hot at 175-185 degrees.

When heat soak is taken into consideration during the testing, the 5pc kit really shines as the best. The cooler you keep your intake manifolds, the more power you'll make on those hot summer days when you're hot lapping on the race track or driving in the city from stoplight to stoplight.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.

The 5pcs is the way to go. Yes it's a little more work but the payoff is worth it......

Thanks. And yes, it only requires an extra 2 minutes to remove the LIM once the UIM is removed. The fuel rails and injectors can remain on the LIM since there is plenty of slack in the fuel hose to sit the LIM on the rear valve cover. So you might as well install the entire kit while you're at it.

I already have the BOP and 5-peice on my 2003 and understand that value - Thanks Aaron. This kit would be for my wife's 2004 Quest.... I've got to change plugs and a rear ign coil. So, consideration of the 3 peice kit is due to 1) Cost and even more importantly 2) Considering investing so much in a spacer kit for a van.

I can about justify $160. A lot harder to justify $225. Unless there's a sale I don't know about?!
