6th Gen Maxima and Altima 02-06 Chassis brace group buy

Ok we are finally ready to let these go. Here are the details:

1.These are weld on application only. Must be welded on with wheels on ground or on 4 post hoist.

2. There is 0" loss of clearence with this system. They fit very snuggly against the bottom of your car. Great job Sean and Mike!!

3. Made from 1" 11 guage square tubing with flanges. No cross bracing is needed with these. The stock resinator is huge on these cars and is in the way.

4. They will be powder coated black.

5. I do not have the official weight but the Sentra braces weigh in at 32 lbs and I think these are very similar. We will post up offical weight as soon as I can get them weighed.

6. See this install thread done by one of the MN Sentra SER owners. A very detailed thread with great photos and install instructions. If you follow his lead you will not go wrong.

http://www.myspecv.com/f/p173780-nis...l.html#p173780

7. Group buy price is $300 + 35 shipping. Once buy is over in 1 month we will be increasing to $325 + 35 shipping. We are taking orders right now. If you want to get in add your name to the list and send your paypal payment to truaxmotorsports@gmail.com. We plan on making batches of 5-10 perhaps more if the interest is there. This group has no limit on quanity sold. Expect about 2 week ship time. Getting them powder coated adds to the lag. Once we guage the sales, we will be keeping them in stock so you can just pay and we ship out in 48 hours.

8. We ship Fed EX, so you must include your full name and a street address and telephone #, and if you have a Maxima or Altima, as they have just slightly different location of the tabs.

9. The sooner you sign up below and pay the sooner you will have them.

Regards,

Dan, Mike, Sean TMS

chassis brace

I forgot to add earlier on this thread that Sean will be posting up all the photos tonight.
Mike, we had kicked around the idea before, after talking with you last night we did a quick visit to our powder coating guy and the deal was made. From now on we will be powder coating all of our chassis braces, it won;t matter which generation. The people have spoken and we do our best to listen.

Im horrible for excuses but I left the camera with the on car pics at my brothers place so these will have to do until tomorrow.

The amazing thing is as stated before there is no clearance loss at all. So lowered guys have fun. :P

Will these things rust? I'm in the midwest and they sure love the salt around here...

Yes, we have 5th Gen chassis bracing. These are now going to be offered powder coated. Email us to get specifics truaxmotorsports@gmail.com

The powder coating will help. The fact they are #11 guage steel makes me think you are likely to have sold your car long before the rust through, especially with the powder coating.

Thanks Nietzsche for being our first offical group buy member. We think you will be impressed as the rest of the guys with chassis bracing.

We expect Sean to post up photos on the car yet today.

Thanks 07 Graymax, we really appreciate your business. Looks like Mike has his work cut out for him. We are making a run to the powder coater tomorrow. If any one else wants in tonight, getting in this batch will speed up your delivery. Our guy has asked us for a week lag time. Once we can guage a bit closer how many we sell, we will be keeping them in stock, ready to ship.

NAICE! I remember back at Maxus, I was the only 6th gen d00d that asked you about this, and now it is available!

I will definitely be purchasing this in the spring, after I get some money saved up, and I hear feed-back from fellow 6th gen owners.

altimax06, they will weld right up and they are easy to install. Look for the install thread on b15sentra.net or see link below. Please tell the Altima boys about these. I have been posting over there but don't want to **** anyone off. We are not vendors there, yet.

http://www.myspecv.com/f/p173780-nis...l.html#p173780

BTW, I picked up a batch from the powder coater today, they look awesome.
When you are ready, just paypal us the 300+ 35 shipping. Expect around a 2 week lag but many have been getting them sooner. If any one else wants in, now is a good time

Thanks,

Dan TMS

It looks like Nietzsche got his set delivered today and 07 Graymax should have his in a day or so. Please post up a new thread and take many photos along with your reviews. We also ask you to add them to the advanced suspension thread, products reviews section.
We are excited that the sales are moving right along. Would be nice to get a few more Altima sets sold. These are exactly the same as the Maxima sets, FYI. I am dropping another batch at the powder coaters today. We have been very pleased with their turn around time.

Thanks for all your support.

6th Gen Chassis brace

cfr94, I just looked at the Nissan web site, the 08s sure look like the 07s. I am going to say the odds are very high they will fit. We have a couple of sets all set to go. Let us know if you want to give it a try. We can ship with in 24 hours.

Hard question at task TruaxMotorsport, but anyway to put the sub-frame up to an 08 to see for sure if they fit? I'd hate to get it and them not fit.

07 Graymax. Anyway you could take a photo of yours once they are on, maybe with a yardstick or something so I can measure to see if they will fit my 08?

Did we ever figure out if it's a 'for sure, absolutely positive' fit? Very interested in one of those 2 you got ready to ship for 300. PM Sent
