Sorry, these kits can not be separated. They are machined and have been tested as a complete kit.

But we are still in the process of testing Intake Spacers on the 00-01 Maxima. So once we have some definite results, I'll be sure to post them.

Haha, I know I'm just giving you trouble. I didn't know that the DEK spacers were being tested though...rock on! Are you testing a whole kit for the 00-01 or just the LIM spacers? Keep us posted

Are you talking about the MEVI? I believe it will.

Please try to be more specific about which manifold you're referring to. If you are referring to the MEVI, then yes, it works GREAT! There are several happy customers that have this installed with the MEVI and they love it!

We are testing the entire kit, not just the LIM Spacers. The DEK could still benefit from lengthened intake runners with port matched spacers.

VQ30DE Thermal Intake Spacer Kit Review from VQpower.com

During those HOT summers, don't you wish there was a solution to the decline in response and performance once that dreaded heat soak process has taken effect? Heat Soak occurs when heat is applied and not dissipated at an equal rate causing the material to flood with overwhelming tempature limits. That being said Aaron Kimball of NWP Engineering has thought of an easy solution to keep those intake temperatures at optimal levels. The use of Phenolic Laminate Material insulates the intake and throttle body components, reducing the rate of heat transfer from the heads to the intake manifolds, for cooler air which in turn restores optimal performance. Phenolic Laminates are usually compression molded and they have good strength and toughness, good arc resistance and other electrical properties, good resistance to solvents and high temperatures which makes this Spacer Kit a bargain. Today's product we are going to focus on is the VQ30DE Phenolic Thermal Intake Manifold Spacer Kit which is said to have an average Intake Manifold Temperature decrease of 43degrees.

Iv been interested in these for awhile now, Im pretty mechanically inclined and should have no problem installing these, but im not good with names, so I have a question. My mechanic just told me that my max is starting to have a oil leak and will need to have the gaskets replaced on the right and left valve covers, and Plenum gasket. do these spacers replace those or are these other gaskets I will need on top of these. just basically trying to figure out some total cost numbers here....
Thanks....

The spacers do replace your stock intake manifold gaskets. You will need to use black RTV on both sides of every spacer to make a proper seal.

In that link, you will find the installation instructions in PDF format. Feel free to read over them. Also, feel free to ask any questions you want. I'm more than happy to help out.

Thanks!

No, valve cover gaskets are completely separate from intake manifold gaskets (or spacers). But if you are going to replace your valve cover gasket, now is the perfect time to install these Thermal Intake Spacers!

Please let me know if you have any more questions.
