They are very tough to keep in stock at the $40.00 price, which is pretty low for such a nice looking block plate.

If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to post or contact me directly.

Thanks.
No problem Aaron! Just wanted to see if I could save a few bucks... I'll be ordering soon, for sure!

Thanks guys. I do not play around with shipping times. All products are shipped within 1 business day and usually arrive within 2 days!

Thank you for your business!

I'll vouch for this! I ordered Monday, and I received it yesterday (Thursday), and installed the plate right away.

Just wanted to add that my car def pulls harder up top. You can feel it. Felt NO loss low end. Probably helps that I have a 6 speed. JWT pop charger seems a little deeper now also. Thanks Aaron!

Thank you. Most people with a manual transmission can't notice the loss in low end power just from the VIAS assembly removal. In fact, most people with automatics can't notice it either they tell me.

But the top end power gain is definitely noticeable!

Sorry, the sale was just an introductory price and has already ended. But the retail price is still very reasonable at $40 for the basic version of the plate.

You will receive an order and shipping confirmation tomorrow when I'm back in the office.

Thank you for your business!

Thanks. Orders are being shipped out every day. I feel the $40 rate for a high quality and professional VIAS Block Plate Kit is a pretty good deal. I have no plans to raise that price though.

The $28.95 price was only a one time introductory rate and will never happen again. I can't afford to sell them priced that low. I'm sorry.

But please let me know if you have any questions.

The block plate kit is to be used when you are done modifying your intake manifold. Some people gut the insides and some only remove the VIAS assembly. We have not conducted any dyno testing on the gutted intake manifold or the VIAS assembly removal. We only produce a block plate to neatly block off your manifold.

Please let me know if you have any more questions.

Why does the VIAS come on the car if it hampers power? Is this the slight boost I feel at low rpms that I feel when I get on it a little bit? I know on the 4th gens the VIAS gives them more top end power? I have a 03 SE TI 6spd btw. Thanks.

Nissan has a variable intake manifold for fuel economy and partial throttle low end power reasons. But for those that don't really care too much about power below 3K rpm, then remove it and it will provide more power where you spend the most time in while racing (midrange and top end).

I don't mind chatting here. I'm sorry that this particular sale is no longer active. But I can still help you with any questions you may have.

Most people like to do the VIAS removal with our Block Plate along with the Thermal Intake Spacers. They both compliment each other very nicely. A 1/4" throttle body spacer is included in our Thermal Intake Spacer Kit for the 03 Maxima.

You may find more information on our website here:

Please let me know if you have any more questions.

It only takes about 15 minutes to do. You can read over the Installation Instructions on our website in PDF format.
