Right, we email you tracking directly, you don't get it input on the paypal page.

I also did a search for that email address - both of them, and got nothing on paypal (strange) but did find 'cheap books' The email address I think it's under is this one:
sonejXXXXXXy@yahoo.com

All figured out and yes, we did mail it to tboainc... - sent on Tuesday at 6:24pm - check your spam

lol, i appreciate you finding that, but im asking you to forward that email to aguid0902@yahoo.com . This is like the fourth time I've asked you this, because like I said, the email is my mothers, and there just happened to be like 40 bucks sitting on the acct, thats why i used it, rather than send money back and forth between paypal accts. she doesnt even remember the password for that yahoo email, so idk if its even active. henceforth me asking you to PLEASE send the email to aguid0902@Yahoo.com

You need to chill out. You're blowing as gasket for NO reason at this point.

This was your request in paypal:
I need 9006 bulbs, and if you dont have 7k, I would like 6k. I tried to reach you on the forums so i could find out a little more information, so if you could possibly email me at aguid0902@yahoo.com, I'd appreciate it. Either way, I wanted to get my order in
7K = 8K in most ways, 6K is closer to a whiter bulb, 8K is the bluish white that most people associate with 7K.

So if you want to change your order to 6K, we can still do this. However, you need to be a little more polite and a lot more polite on the phone, no one is trying to scam you,we're trying to give you the best product at the lowest price. That's it.

And you were told they could ship last Tuesday but customs was clearing them - it's even stated in this thread earlier on.

We've been in business for a while and people always get their parts. It's delays we can't always plan for but we do make sure you're with us all the way.

If I can find your package and it hasn't gone out, I can refund you order.
I'm no longer arguing with you on this.

A few quick questions:

-Who makes the bulbs?

-Any photos of the inside of the ballasts (without being gutted)?

-And, the H3 will fit the housing for the 02 fogs, correct? I know a lot of people had to get H3C.

They are standard bulbs made by a company that manufactures bulbs for philips of asia.

Sorry, no photos of the insides, voids the warranty, plus they all look the same.
H3 will fit definitely, we have H3C, which is slightly ever so slightly shorter enough to fit.

Hi, Umnitza, You had sent me a notification that item will be shipping as of last week and gave me tracking number as well. However, I still have not received it, the status of the shipping still says the same as it did last week. Do you know the status of my package right now? Tracking no- 9405510200793197506993

Sorry for the inconvenience.

So I received a package from Umnitza and I am completely dissapointed. First off, I only received 1 of my 2 kits. This was written on the package
What is real funny is that the kit that was backordered is not the kit that I had ordered. Second, nobody informed me that the kit was backordered. All I received from them was 2 emails. One was a receipt and the other one was for tracking info.

So after I stay on hold for 17 minutes, I spoke to a guy named Tim. He did not apologize, just stated that I needed to send them an email. So I have sent them an email stating that I would like to return the kit that I did receive and cancel the backorder.

Oh I forgot to mention that the kit didn't come with instructions, the package did say that it was available online. The kit that is on my headlights came in a box with a relay kit, this kit came wrapped up in a bag. I tried to install this one, and it appears not to work.

Instructions are available online:
http://www.umnitza.com/gallery/hidinstall?page=3

We've had a high call volume, sometimes a delay is necessary. When I'm on hold with ATT about my phone bill, on a Monday, it can take 45 minutes, it's the way it is if you want service at the same time as everyone else. We simply do everything we can to help you as quickly as we can. Not excusing, just explaining.

In any case, you have email. Let's finish up on email.

I placed an order for my girls bday and she got the kit and withing 2hours the lights started messing up, flickering and sometimes not turning on at all, she has already swapped sides and the problems still continue. I had the exact same issue with your kit a year ago, i had hoped by this time you had fixed your quality issues but apparently not. i already sent you a pm a couple days ago. I really need this problem handled asap. cause she is in oregon and i'm in fl and cant be there to check it out myself.

I could go on for days talking about how terrible their customer service is, or how ****ty of a product you receive once you actually receive the item. But Im not. Buy at your own risk, apparently asking for a $35 product to perform is too much to ask for, according to Umnitza that is. I guess I've got an immature attitude because numerous times this guy has failed to live up to his end of the deal with a lot of things? Oke doke. BUYER BEWARE, and this is coming from an "e thug" hahaha

15+ PMs, then when told to ship it back for evaluation, refused any further support claiming bad service.

What other buyers need to know is your experience is a direct result of your attitude and antagonistic behavior because you refused any return service.

There is nothing wrong with my car, or the power system going to it. I've had HIDs before (from you actually) that never flickered or shimmered. Im not going to send ballasts to you and be without HIDs again, like I was while waiting on backordered parts and for you to actually ship out the item. I spent 36 bucks to learn that your business is not one to be dealt with. No hair off my back. Have a good day

This sale is over. No more $35 HID. We'll bring in some better Canbus HID that will never fail and those will be $115 on another thread later.

What customer service is it for me to order the HIDs, then have to wait two weeks to even get them? Then, when they actually do arrive, one of them flickers or "shimmers" as you called it, saying its known that ballasts can cause this problem. So, why then is it so hard for you to believe that Im going through this? I simply dont want to be without my HIDs, so if you sent me a new ballast, I would gladly return the defective one. Nothing I've done or said has been antagonistic, I simply wanted my lights to turn on and work. I dont believe that is too much to ask for considering they are HID lights

Locking at the request of the OP due to the sale being over- NOT due to the presence of negative comments.

If any buyers have customer service issues, please make a thread in the Dealership and Vendor Experiences subforum.

You can either tack on to an existing thread or start a new one.
