Some of you guys are really too impatient and don't understand what goes into producing these. Chill out. Once you get these and install them you'll know that it was worth the wait.

Thanks for your awesome contribution to this thread Sir. Even though this issue has long been resolved, your post proved to be a key element in the rehabilitation of my ability to exercise patience, chilling out, and tolerating the occasional douche baggery that is often found on forums such as these. A very enlightening post indeed. Good day Sir.

And now let's return to the threads topic, SFC's.

Sean, how did the powder coating go?

Lol I can't tell if that was sarcastic, if it wasn't you're welcome. I think in this thread of the other SFC thread I posted my review on these SFCs. They are my favorite mod, they really make the car feel like it's worth a lot more than it is. Gives a nice solid feeling, makes the suspension do it's job better and eliminates a lot of rattling and chassis noises.

Got news today that were done with coatings! So I rushed there and picked them up, went to the shop wrapped them all up and shipped them all out today.
If you want your tracking info send me an email to funky_monkey58@hotmail.com

I think I am going to have a glass of scotch in celebration of this deal being completed now!

School is out on the 7th, and I may be willing to do another 5 sets the following week for anyone that was unable to get in on this deal, since I really wanted 10.
-Sean

Also I got a new phone number, switched carriers. (320) 492-6395

Those who talk to Sean tell him I (Roger) said what's up. When he left I bugged the crap out of him on Gchat to make these again. I guess I'll have to wait till next time. Subscribing for updates.

I'm definitely in for a set, I was kicking myself thinking that I may have missed out on the last opportunity to get a set of these for my car.

I figured he would have lol. Got a price for the cross bars only?

I was involved in an accident and the car is now in the shop being repaired... I'm going to ask if the body shop can weld these on for me.

I am in desperate need of help here. I have been ripped off in the last subframe connectors sale. I was able to get in touch with Sean with the help of a forum moderator, who gave me his PM information. Through this, I set up a deal to include subframe connectors, as well as some shims, as my subframe is in rough shape from poorly placed jackstand location over the years.

The next part is where I went wrong, and have serious regrets. Sean asked me to send the funds as a gift in order to save him on paypal fees. I thought sure, why not, as I figured he was a trustworthy person who sold lots of product through the forum.

I sent my money to him shortly after (I believe it was mid may if I'm not mistaken), and that is the last thing that I have heard from him. I have tried multiple private messages, emails to his paypal email address, and tried a phone number provided to me by Stormz, only to find out that the phone number has been disconnected. Seeing as how I foolishly sent paypal money as a gift (last time I do that ever, believe me), I have no way to dispute this and get my funds back. Since Sean will not reply to any of my attempts to contact him, I am feeling seriously ripped off here.

Can anybody point me in the right direction for how to resolve my problem?

i'm sorry to hear that man. i also had some issues with this purchase, but i got lucky in the end. i know that i'll probably never do business with Sean again because he's too focused on school to be commiting to projects like this in my opinion. i don't think he's a bad guy who's deliberately trying to screw you. i think he just puts way too much on his plate and we're low on the priority list. what i recommend is that you continue trying to reach him as he most likely is busy dealing with other commitments. i know it sucks hearing that, but that's your only option man. that or chalk it up as a total loss which sucks even more.

Yeah, I'm having a hard time getting a hold of him. I'll still see what I can do for you. He has been active on minnesotasportcompacts.net if you'd like to try there.

I was able to finally reach him last night by phone. It turns out that he is living in a small town with very spotty cell phone reception. He was surprised that I hadn't received the connectors yet, and promised to look into it for me. Hopefully this still turns out well, I certainly am more hopeful now than I was previously.

Anymore Kits left?

I am looking for a full SFC kit. Just got my car last month and worried that I missed the boat. I will have money in hand next week. Can someone hook me up? (ps... I am a patient person.)

Time for zen master level thread bump here, after years of waiting, I received an email out of the blue from Sean Truax that he was cleaning out his garage, and he thought the one set of subframe connectors may be mine. He finally managed to get them shipped out to me late this summer.

I just got them installed yesterday, I had to go a bit out of the city to visit the welder that everyone recommended. It took him a lot of time to make everything fit properly, he charged me for 6 hours.

It was expensive, and a very long frustrating wait, but it's nice to finally have this installed many years later.
