Just to let you know we had 25 grilles and 14 valances in stock when we started the group deal and since them have sold alot. I was only asking b/c I live in NYC and I always get his shipments two/three days later than when he ships it out. I dunno, post if you get yours. BigDog got his the day they were sent out.

 

I just got mine twenty-minutes ago. The lower valence looks awesome, and I can tell that it's going to look sharp once I put it on tomorrow afternoon! I just have one question, I don't want it to start rusting or anything, so I was wondering if I should put some clear coat paint on it to prevent this. Let me know what you think.

 

damn, I can't wait to get out of work then...One more hour...I was thinking the same thing about applying a clear coat, but not sure which one would do......

 

I emailed greg yesterday and received my tracking number today, nice quick reply. It's scheduled for delivery on may 6th.... why do i live so far away?

 

That sucks. I think most of us are on the East Coast, that's why we got ours so promptly.

 

mine was waiting there for me when I got home today....I'll try to put it on this weekend....after I get that STS put on...I had to shave the new ball so that the old bearing could fit.....

 

I tried putting on my valence this afternoon, but I ran across a few problems. First of all, I noticed that the the street scene's valence itself doesn't reach to the corners of the valence. Is it supposed to? Secondly, the lower "grooves" on the street scene valence don't line-up at all with valence. I don't know if i'm supposed to bend the street scene's valence so that it fits? Third, the street scene's valence doesn't go all the way back to the valences, and I don't understand how the clips attach to the valence.

I thought that this would be an easy install, but it's not. I need to see some pictures if some has any of their install, but overall I need help
