if you could get it for 2K+'s, there would be more interest.

ok

i can get any BUT i do need the gauges from someone and a min of 20 people in order to get them asap. the website is www.speedhut.com check it out and let me know. i really want this to happen. you can design them any way you want. any color and design you want. thi si why i wanted them for people to be different. the price they told me was anywhere from 119.00 to 125.00. like i said before i need a set of the gauges need to be made adn i will not be able to return them to the person that sends them out. this is what was told to me. if we send out the gauges out adn 20 people don't want them then we don't get them and we're out the set of gauges. the person that sends them get their gauges for free any color, design, racing stripes, flames. this look good and we can all be different not have the same indiglow gauges that other people have. they do not make gauges for 98-99 maxs or to my knowlege 00-02. if so they are the green and blue ones. well let me know. and check out the page.

Well I know 99SEs that come with white gauges stock are a little different than 89-99 GLE/GXES. I purchased a set of 98-99 indiglos designed for 98-99 GLE/GXES and the screws were in a little differnet position and there was a hole missing for the needle rest on the fuel gauge. If you can get these guys to fit the gauges to a 98-99 SE, then I'm definately in!

yes any color you want check out the web page www.speedhut.com. but all i need is a set of gauges. from a 98-99 maxima gle-gxe everything will match up. they will look like the ones in our cars now only our own colors.

indiglos for all gens (yes 5th gen too)

...and here's the catch. Just like the other place, a set of gauges is needed as the basis for tooling. I own a 2002, but this can apply to everyone (other generations will have to come up with their own gauges to send out)

The difference with this company http://www.mmrusa.com/nissangauges.htm is that they'll give you the tooling set of gauges back. It'll take them 6-8 weeks to make them, but these aren't just overlays; they're actually gauges. $95 for a normal set (indiglo face and numbers - choose the colors) and $130 for a set with custom writing (maxima.org, powered by VQ 3.5, Nissan-Driven, whatever). And that's without having a big group to back it. They would make the gauges for just one person as long as a sample set was provided and they paid the $95!

I figured instead of one person sending in sample gauges, a bunch of us could form a "sort of" group buy and put in a few extra dollars each to buy an extra set of gauges together (from a junker or Tustin Nissan - you get the point). Who knows, with a huge buyer base MMR might speed up the tooling process and give us a better deal. Then we could take the sample gauges, sell them to someone who missed the group deal, and donate the money to maxima.org

Sorry for getting you all excited, but one more problem...I won't be able to head up the group deal. I'm leaving the country Tuesday for a couple weeks and won't have access to the internet. If someone else would take the lead, I would gladly be the first to put in money (Before this Tuesday of course).

Eli was the rep I spoke with and Terry is the company's "gauge guy." I think they're based in San Diego or something. So someone PLEASE take the lead on this and pm me. I'd love to have some indiglo gauges (especially for us 5th gens).

It appears that the face gauges from MMRUSA.com are not indiglows at all. So for custom Indiglow gauges, I'll have to stick with the ones from Speedhut.com.

I had MMRUSA make me a custom set of gauges for my old car. They are strictly gauge face replacements. They are NOT indiglo. With that said, they are very nice gauges and very durable. You only need to send in the set of gauge faces to them, not the whole cluster (they don't like tearing apart the cluster to get the faces out). Once they have scanned in the OEM faces they can make them in any color combination they have available with custom logos and such should you desire them. I thought they were pretty cool - it does take a while though, and they function the same way as your OEM gauges would at night - I.E. the background goes dark and the lettering lights up as the color you selected for the lettering (as they appear in the day).

BTW - I don't know their prices anymore but I think I paid $105 shipped about a year ago for mine.
