love him or hate him, he is a good resource on this forum. some people were never taught manners, but you're supposed to be humble to someone who helps you. paul has probably helped every single member here at least once, and for anyone to talk **** about him is IMO ban-worthy.

Deezo brought this on himself. HE locked up my thread asking what happened to pmohr, made threats of 1-month ban "if this bs keeps up", and then keeps making comments on a locked up thread, that no one else can respond to other than moderators, that "I don't know what happened to get PMHOR banned but there are others with a great knowledge of these cars including myself so it's no big deal in the end."

To be perfectly honest sir, I'm just expressing my outrage (through threads NOT locked up to censor my voice - though I THOUGHT I live in a country that offered freedom of speech!). That a moderator, whom has no where the presents that pmohr has in helping 4th geners, wished to make comments that he is just as helpful as pmohr, is showing HIS ARRAGANCE. Excuse me for calling a spade a spande, but I WILL not be silenced, my voice WILL be heard when I see censorship, in which a person cannot have an open discussion on a matter at hand.

When we loose the ability to have on OPEN, HONSET debate regarding ANYTHING, then our basic freedom of speech is lost to tyrants that want nothing but the control that THEY seem fit.

So you know, I WILL post this conversation in a thread, so that all member can see what censorship and threads of banning goes on BEHIND the scene.

Just a side note to all this. I got into a situtation with another .org member (buying parts), and that member placed a derogatory remark on his first post regarding me. I contacted Adm. and Mod. and NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE, made any effort to condone, ban, or lock up that thread. (I even got nasty PM regarding that comment). So excuse me for taking it personal that someone with WAY to much clout, decides to ban pmohr for flaming someone that wants someone to , in your words, "answer every stupid question that members post."

Seems, sir, to me that you need to ban yourself, for the same reason that pmohr was banned for.

Agreed, it is NOT Pmohr that needs to change, it is the moderators who need to change. And by change I mean given the boot, and let the job of moderating go to people who actually care, like Pmohr and many members on here who I feel actually care about people and this website.

SOME moderators on here, are just like those guys at the STEALerships, at first glance they seem nice, but once you have a problem they immediately turn to their other side, and make verbal threats, and take away basic freedom, due to their condescending ways. I am not saying all moderators are like this, but I can see their point of view, I mean dealing with the same things over and over, day in and day out, can make someone a little angry. But there are much MUCH better ways at handling things, esspecially the way they communicate to other members.

So that everyone knows, my buddy, Max-e-MO! HAS been banned (permantly) for stating the below comment. Please everyone be careful, those moderators are acting like tyrant and thinking that they are god and can do what every they want without consequences. This is stated for Max-e-MO!, as his voice had been silenced by those same "gods!" And please, those that are still here, please do what you can to stop these moderators by getting the word out what they ARE DOING!!!!

Max-e-MO's comment was over the top, but still, a perma-ban?. i don't get why some of the mods have their panties in a bunch. i hate when someone with power gets pissy and takes it out on others who can do nothing about it, just makes me sad. i thought the purpose of the mods was to keep the .org clean and organized, guess it's according to personal agenda now.

there are several mods who do still have a sense of ethics. wish we saw a bit more of them.

Well, his post was harsh. IMO, he should get banned, but only temporarily. As much as he helps the 4th gen forum, he really needs to take a chill pill with the n00bs and leave the moderating to the mods.

Pmohr should have been a mod a Long Time Ago. Seriously, this is ridiculos; all he has ever tried to convey to every single noob on here was that they NEED TO SEARCH. He did nothing Wrong, and that member had been posting worthless threads with informations that could have been brought up in mere seconds.

Yaknow what i think this forum needs? Four Things.

1. Updated Search Functions.

2. IRC or equivlent. People jsut like to talk.

3. A DISCLAIMER and a TUTORIAL that is shown to you when you sign up for the forums that you WILL SEARCH before you post, or you will be PWNT with no remorse. As well as terms you have to accept before posting a new thread.

4. Oh and screw it a button that when 10 or more members click it deletes the Worthless thread.

Oh, and IMOP the mods are really jsut opening a can of worms here. casue honestly hes either going to stop coming here and posting and the n00bs are going to swarm and destroy the forum. it will become a mind numbing place where noone will bother to venture anymore.
