When its cold out do you hear your lifters when you start your car up? then a slight tapping sound?

Dude, you double posted. There is a button on the lower right hand corner of your post that says EDIT/DELETE. Hit that and delete on of them.

Number 2, please state your question in the title of the thread. Anymore "question for i30 owners" will no longer be answered by me. Maybe that is no big deal to you, but it soon will be to others, as they get tired of this sort of title as well.

Third, if you haven't already, try the search button in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Fourth, there is a good FAQ thread in the i30 forum, and an even better one in the 4th gen forum. Read em. Then ask questions.

Thanks, and welcome to the forum.

Shawn

Hey, I understand the server is slow and it can lead to double or triple posting. It happend to me last week. If it does happen please delete extra posts.

Please do make your thread titles more descriptive, it helps you and me.

If you will do a search there was a discussion about lifters the other day in either the 4th gen or general maxima forums.

So basically what Shawn said.

Oh, and I deleted all your extra posts for you this time.

I am sure you are (so am I), just referring to your relative age here on the .org!
