When my normal running lights are on *96 i30t* the 2nd tail light from the right is on, dimmer than the rest, but on... when i touch the brake, all the brake lights come on except for that one....i've replaced the bulb, checked the connection for dirt.....i don't know wut it is now..... might be a fuse, has anyone else had this?? a year ago i took it to an Infiniti Dealership and they fixed it, but now it's back again...

 

If it was the fuse the other corresponding light would not work either.

sounds like a bad ground to me, german cars are notorious for having electrical problems like that
