A33(I35) Bodykits.

I need some information from anyone that may know. I ran across a website www.evolution.co.jp
On this site there is a body kit for the A32's and A33's. (Check the signature tab on the left.) I want to know if anyone knows how to get in touch with this company? I am really interested in purchasing the bodykit they offer for the A33's but can not seem to find any contact info on the page. Thanks, Roger.

If you can figure out how to get ahold of that kit, it'd be great.

That kit and those pics have been floating around here since before the I30/I35 section became a reality, but no one has been able to find a way to get it yet.

Do you have the language pack installed on your pc? I don't have the upgrade yet. I could not find any of these numbers on the site. (I could not even locate a link for contact us.)

Yes I do. You should be able to see most of the info just by putting your mouse cursor on "COMPANY INFO." I got the e-mail address from another site called AutoVillage http://www.autov.net/

Looks nice! Heh, hopefully the people you talk to can speak English, or you may need to find a friend that can speak Japanese, 'cause that'll be your biggest barrier, lol.

If you have problems getting that kit, there is a company in New Zealand that do kits for the NZ A33 Maxima/US A33 I35. Just remembered that a while ago when I was looking at kits for my A32 model, the company sent me pics and quotes for the A33 instead. Prices and pics are below:

A33 BODYKIT PRICING.
- FRONT SPOILER $375.00
- SIDE SKIRTS - PAIR $450.00
- REAR LOWER SKIRT $375.00
- A33 MAXIMA BOOT SPOILER - LED $295.00

Pics:

If you do like the above kit, let me know and I can give you the contact details of the shop, or if it works better, I can contact them on behalf of whoever. Only a national toll call for me, compared to an international one

Matt -

I'm VERY interested in that kit. Particularly the rear lower skirt. I'd also like info on the front skirt too. Are those prices in USD or some other currency?

Thanks!

John

I am most definitely interested. Please let me get the info on the company. I will pm you with some questions I have. But I am feeling that kit. Its a sporty\aggressive demeanor.

Those prices are all NZ dollars, so if you devide each by 2, you get a rough estimate of the US price (or, have a look at a currency converter ). The A32 kit can be seen below:

Yeah, round about. According to Travelex, if you were to buy the complete A33 kit, it'd cost around US$858.32.

Did you get any A32 prices? With my crappy monitor it's hard to see, but it seems like the front bumper may be different then my 96 I30. Correct me if I am wrong.

Yeah, the front bumper is a different design to the US I30. I can check my car (a 97 A32 Maxima/I30/Cefiro whatever you wanna call it, heh) to see if the mounting procedures would be the same for yours. Let me know what to check and I can go see and, if needed, take pics for you

I'm re-requesting the prices for the A32 kit, will post them here as soon as I get them

First, thanks for your helping us out on this. The bumper being different is what I feared. If it's not the same then we are looking at custom work to get it to fit. Don't know what info to really give ya to see if they are indeed different. Maybe post a pic a couple pics of your bumper and we can see if there are any visual differences. It may be just in the dimensions and visually the same. Prices would be nice. Thanks again.

Sure, can grab some pics My bumper is embarrassing, heh, stone chips from previously living on a gravel road, and the smashed bugs. I plan on getting the car re-painted at some point, probably when I get the bodykit

If it's an option, it could be possible to get the front bumper from the NZ Max. It's a matter of how much you want the front kit

Matt_NZ,

All the info is great. It really gives us I30 guys some hope. I was wondering if you had a pic if the rear skirt on the A33 kit? Otherwise it looks good and the prices seem fair too. Now we just have to worry about shipping from NZ (OUCH!).

Thanks again.

Sounds like a job for a group buy. I have not heard back from Evolutions yet. (I probably will not.) So if anyone is interested in getting a group buy going, please let me know. I will have my part ready.

Deleted the posts in the other thread for ya.

Yep, different front bumper. It will take a little custom work to get the kit to fit. I bet this is the same car that Maxmojo's kit is made to fit.

It depends on how much, how soon (I'm broke right now), but I am interested if the timing is right.

Well to be honest, I am looking at getting the ball rolling around January 04. That way shipping won't be such a hassel.

So the group buy is going to be official? I'm in - at least for the rear section - that's really all I need.

Yes John, I am as serious as cancer. I am really wanting to buy the underbody spoiler for my car. Maybe we can get a discount on shipping and possibly the kits themselves. I will more than likely get in touched with the company and see what type of deals they can work up. If not me, then Matt NZ will.

I am SERIOUSLY IN!!! I am looking at the entire kit (w/o the trunk spoiler). January works perfectly for me (allows me to get past the Holidays). So, when Matt_NZ gets the details I say LET'S DO IT!!
