Discuss.

I may also shave the "I30t" badge. I also considered moving it to off of the trunk and instead putting it below the right taillight, but that often looks like I wa in a wreck and that the bodyshop got confused.

Anyway, I shaved off the "INFINITI" lettering. While I was doing it, I noticed that some @$$hat managed to give me a love tap sat night.

Phucker...

I did the same thing you did, but I shaved the I30 off of my car as well. It's clean...really clean! I'd recommend doing it, but it's your car.

I did the same as Asian_N02. If I can get a badge that Mike has, I'd be set.

Yeah, I was going to let this sit for a day or so then consider pulling the "I30t" badge.

That 3.0STouring badge that Mike has is SWEET.

phenryiv1,

Looks great! Quick Question, where did you get the clear corners for the back of your I30? I would be interested in purchasing some as well. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Those clears are a DIY project. It's in the FAQ's

I took off my 30sTouring badge.

That looks sick I think. Go ahead and take off the I30t badge since you are at it .

Looking good Pat. If I were you I would consider taking off either the I30t bafge or the Infiniti badge. Looking at your car, I think taking either off would look cool. I totally debadged my car and sometimes regret it. Oh well.

i shaved off my infiniti lettering only because i bought the car without the last i. -_- guess i got myself an infinit i30!

now that i think about it, removing the i30 on the side would make it look pretty nice too, and just leave the infiniti logo in the middle.

i took off the 30sTouring Badge and the Cefiro badge. The 30sTouring badge needed to be repainted and polished anyhow. I think I am going to get one of the really large infiniti logo emblems off a Q45 or FX and just have that on there and nothing else. Our stock infiniti logo is really small.

I prefer the subtle look of the smaller logo. I like it when people ask me what car I'm driving because it doesn't look like a regular I30 anymore. It looks more aggressive with the front end treatment.

Patrick seems to be a common name among I30 owners...

There are at least three in this thread alone

(But I am certain I am the oldest, if not one of the oldest in I30 Forums)

as far as the trunk I say keep the I30t badging it makes you car distinct, okay not really but I think it looks good

ciao,
Patrick

ciao,
Patrick
I am 27 and Pizzat is a year or so younger than I am, just FYI.

Yeah, it is odd that there are 3 "Patrick"s on here, all of whom have i30s. Several "Patrick"s are also in a cluster in the DC forum.
