Do they make a Mercedes Grill for a 96 I30?
If they do, I would like to know where I can purchase one, how much it is, and if it is a direct fit (bolt on and drive) thing please.

Direct fit. $70 (or cheaper, depending on certain deals.) I know 3 places to get it from:
