I'm trying to do a LED swap for my sister's 00 I30...I thought it would be the same procedure to get the console(driver's side) off as the 00 Maxima(mine)...I took the screw out from the handle in the arm rest...but it didn't come out with little force. I didn't want to yank at it and break something...so I thought I'd ask you guys.

 

To get the drivers side window switches out, I don't think you need to unscrew anything, just slide a flat screwdriver underneath the moulting of the switch and pop it up. Be careful though. I think this is how it's done. Check with other thought.
