I am trying to buy the A,B,C pillars from the I30 for my '99 Maxima. My '96 Maxima has 'fuzzy' pillars and I want them for my '99. Questions:

All I30s, all years ('96-'99), all trims have fuzzy pillars, correct?

Were they color matched to the interior? The '95/'96 Maxima GLE fuzzy pillars were always gray (matched the headliner) no matter what the interior color. I thought the I30s were that way too but I think not according to the website I am searching on. Here

Yes they were in all of the 96-99s, and they were body matched to the rest of the interior.

 

Perfect! Thanks a lot i30ds. Wow, I'm gonna have black pillars - that will take some getting used to.

So, just out of curiosity, what about your headliners? Are they all gray or are they also color matched?

 

The pillars won't be black, they will be gray. So will the headliners. I have a 98 I30 with black leather and dash (more like dark gray) and my pillars are definately not black.
