So tonight my alarm went off randomly twice in thirty minute intervals. I checked the garage..no one in there and nothing wrong with car. Second time I checked and well all I could find wrong was my map light was on. Would that cause the alarm to go off in minute intervals every 30 minutes? It woke everyone in the house up and my parents were pizzzzed.

 

Is it cold where you are at? I have an 88 maxima and mine went off when it got really really cold outside on its own. I dont know how it causes it to do that but it did.

 

About 60-65 out, and its garaged. It randomly went off in the garage like someone broke into it twice in thirty minutes until I went out there the 2nd time and checked. Only thing I saw was the map light was left on from earlier...but that's it. That wouldn't cause it would it?
