I've followed all directions (from the FAQ in the audio forum) and the FSM but the entire assembly seems to be stuck (I removed 2 top screws and 2 from the bottom). I've tugged at the top and bottom. Am I missing something? Is it supposed to be that hard to remove?

 

Nevermind, after pulling much harder, I was able to remove it.....
