yes with will but since you are 97 your rear o2 goes in the b pipe NOT the cat... so you will need to order a plug for the bung hole on that test pipe.

haha i figured u guys would get a kick outta that. does anyone know what size bolt would fit in there...like the threading? the test pipe is cheap as hell and i want it because i have nothing better to spend 10 bux on

 

keep in mind that a test pipe like that may cause some raspy noises at low rpm's.

As far as the bung, just take the pipe to a hardware store and match it up.
