Two Questions 00' I30

first:
has anyone replaced the positive battery terminal? It seems to be connected to 120A fuse so it's not just and snip it, strip it job that's why I ask. Any tips here would be awesome.
second:
can someone direct me to instuctions/tips for running the power line back to the trunk. for a temp fix I went under the car, but I would like to run it through the car. I just need a tip of what point to enter the firewall.

1. buy a new battery

2. there is a factory hole in the middle of the fire wall which is plugged up. remove the rubber plug and then run your cable through it. after that, run it under the carpet, under both of the kick plates, and then pull the upper portion of the rear cushion and run the wire into the trunk.

you also need to consider the bolt pattern and the hub bore size.

1. I have a redtop optima that I've installed. What I'm trying to do is put a beefier terminal on the positvie lead, but I don't know how to get around the fusible link. That's what I'm questioning.

2. I saw a few spots that are similar to what you describe. Do you have a pic of the area so I can narrow it down or is there a part that's near this area that could direct me to it?

Hub bore size I know nothing about, but I've already made the purchase and picked the wheels up yesterday.
I'm thinking this is going to be a pretty sick looking setup, or at least I hope.
Fronts will be 19x8.5 35mm offset, rears will be 19x10 38mm offset.

Thanks for the replies buddy!
