Mixed up Full Size Spare

Crap, I just found out that they gave me a chrome full size spare vs the non-chrome ones I have on the car, is this a common mistake ? I dont think it wsa swapped or anythgin it looks like the previous ownere didn't ever even open the spare tire compartment... my options are to try to sell this and pick up a reare non-chrom one or just go all chrome...what to do ?

The spare should match.

As for it matching...does it really matter? If you ever use your spare you'll it for maybe a day until you get the damaged tire repaired. I don't know, that just seems like an unneccessary expense to me.

WTF!!! You guys have full size, alloy spares? Lucky bastards! I've got a nice, full size, steelie

On the motivation though... My 91' SAAB had one of those steel donuts... and the steel wheel was painted BRIGHT RED. Now thats motivation to get your tire fixed.

I believe you should also have a full-size steely, so if you have an extra alloy wheel/tire it should fit no problem.
