I have decided to part with my I30 it's a 1997 had it for about 3 years 96k to date, did the 60K tune up and it runs good. Exterior-Silver, Cefiro One Piece Headlights, '99 tail lights. Interior-Black Leather.
Here are the flaws:
SALVAGED TITLE
Key can be removed without gear in Park
Sunroof needs repair-I have the repair kit for it.
Left fog lamp needed.
Needs rear right stut.
Needs new front windsheild (cracked).
Asking $4500.

Auto or stick? I know someone that may want it if the price is a little more negotiable.

 

Can you give any more info about the salvage title, and the key issue? Does the sunroof leak? My mom is looking for a new car, and if you can get some pics up, and get a Carfax report, we may be interested.

 

It has a salvage title, was the car was totaled before? If so how bad, what needed to be fixed?

 

The car is automatic and no it was not totaled front end damage hood, fenders, airbags.....the key issue, when the engine is off the key can be taken out without putting the car in the Park gear. I was told by a mechanic that a new ignition switch is the problem, as far as the roof; it doesn't leak when it rains or snows but if you go through a car wash it leaks slightly.

 

Salvage title is not from being totalled? I am going to look into that,I always thought that if your car was totalled you could fix it,but have a salvage title. Pics would be great in /out thanks.
