Service Engine Soon Light Question?
My Service Engine Soon Light came on yesterday. Car has 100,600 miles on it. Is this normal or do you think it maybe a O2 sensor or something similiar? Just curious as possibly there maybe a trend that a sensor is known to go bad around 100K miles. Car runs fine. Thanks in advance.

There's a host of possibilities of course but some likely ones I've seen here are a coil pack going bad or an O2 sensor acting up.
Best to pull the code and then reset it if possible. If it (the same one) comes back, figure out what you need to do to fix.
My own model is not a 2000 (& has never thrown a code) so my response is only from my wanderings and observations in here and you probably have seen the same...

Mine is still at the dealer, cause they had to order the part. It was an O2 sensor in my case. However I have an '02 with 55k miles. There were a slew of other issues that it went in for too. Almost don't wanna give back the G35, but it sure will be nice to have my baby back.
