I know that all the touring editions have an lsd but are there any years where the regular model i30 had an lsd as a standard feature?

Some A32's came with LSD but only the touring A33 came with it.

 

My '99 i30 has LSD, but I have every feature available on it.

 

It can't have every option it would be a touring if it was loaded. Must be missing some option, heated seats/mirrors, cold weather package, etc. Easy way to tell is firewall on passenger side, check for a "K" that means VLSD.

and check for a "V" at the of the tranny code for LSD

It came standard on all 99's, all t's, and it could be had on any other i30 as an option. According to the window sticker on my freinds '96, the traction enhancement package was an extra $500.

I have never seen an I30 w/o it.....anyone on the org have one w/o it.

 

I knew a chick that had a '98 i30 and that tranny is now in my freinds car, and it's not vlsd. Call a parts store looking for a passanger side axle if you're still in doubt.

 

I know they made I30s like that, just not very common, like no sunroof or with cloth. They are out there.... it's just hard to find them not like you would want to.

 

Look in iraq.. lol. Their police force uses 'standard' i30s/maximas that are stripped.

The I30 could come with the lsd as an option on the luxury and base models. It was standard on the T.

Most I30s are NOT Ts and do not have an lsd either... not like most people even know what an lsd is anyways. I bet most people that have one don't even know.
