Where can you get silver Infiniti kickplates? I thought there was only Cefiro ones. Plus, is the trunk liner aftermarket? I know I don't have an I30 symbol in my trunk

The kick plates came on the 99 limited I30. You can get them from any dealer or whole saler. They come in all of the standard colors (grey, tan, black). I paid under $100 for all four kick plates from everythingnissan.com.

The carpeted trunk mat was an optional item on the I30. That was only $40.

Nice car man, we have many of the same mods. Are those gunmetal gauge rings?

I hate to say it, but I've never been a fan of the horizontal grille on our cars....

Very nice, going to look into those. They really add a classy touch. Nice ride BTW.

Nice, clean ride. It would be nice if you get a spoiler and a sunroof deflector, just a thought.

Nice car! The same color as mine too.

Is that the ECU on the pedals picture? Is it safe to leave it exposed like that? Won't dirt or (worse) water from your shoes possibly land on it and cause some damage?

Are the chrome rings around the instrument standard on U.S. I-30? They're not on mine, and they sure are nice.

I actually added these splash gaurds when I first got the car over 4 years ago. They are definately needed here in CO because they sand the roads in the winter. My friend who has a 96 I30 does not have them and the paint behind the drive wheels is completely chipped to hell and gone!

I plan on putting on the standard I30 spoiler... I just have not gotten around to it.

Yeah, thats the ecu. I have the panel that goes over it in my trunk. I just keep forgetting to put it back in. It has been almost a year since I took it off and no dirt or water has gotten on it (that I know of). Maybe it has... either way, its a pretty sturdy ecu! Since you reminded me, I think I will put it back on later tonight.

The chrome gauge rings did not come on the US I30. They come off the japanese versions of our cars. So, you have to buy them and then add them into the gauge cluster.

That looks great. If I had that car I would only change a couple of things. Paint the muffler black and move the tip in. Get a lip spoiler for sure, and maybe, just maybe add white face gauges.

What about putting a late model, 240SX spoiler on it? That is what I will be doing...

BTW, are you required by state law to have a front license plate?

Yeah, I know... I changed my mind like a month after you trashed it! Oh well, I guess thats the price I pay for not thinking.

I definately agree with the muffler tip being moved in. I've been thinking about that the past few months. It sticks out WAY to far as is. I want it to stick out now more than 1 inch.

Interesting idea on painting the muffler black. I just might do that too!

Hmm... that sounds like an interesting idea. I'll look into it.

Here in CO we are required to have a plate on the front... otherwise, that thing woulf have been gone along time ago.

Cool man. Thanks! You took the best pics of the meet. I've thought about doing the white face gauges... the problem I see with them is that the chrome gauge rings won't look as nice.
