Tires losing air pressure because of chrome wheels?

One of my tires was losing about 2 lbs. of air pressure per week. I took it in to a tire shop and they said that the tire had a poor seal because of pitting. He said all 4 tires could eventually have slow leaks.

How can I get this fixed?

Did he by any chance suggest for you to purchase new tires or rims from him? Did you go to any other shops and if so did they say the same thing? You may have a defective valve stem, maybe a puncture.

All tires have slow leaks, it's just a matter of how much I would certainly take it to second place before making any decisions, and don't mention taking it somewhere prior.

Just an idea, you could fill your tires with nitrogen which is less prone to leakage than air. Not sure how much it would help though.

This happened to me on one of my crappy stock rims. Corrosion on the inside of the rim was causing a poor seal.

Corrosion on the inside of the wheel. You can ask to see the rim when they have the tire off, i do it all the time. They have black stuff to seal the tire to the wheel; if that doesn't work it might not be that safe to drive on the wheel.
