check engine light

My check engine light came up on my 2000 i30t. There was a store that could check what code it is, does anyone know of the store?

i have the same problem but i was wondering if there was any way to determine what code its throwing. on my previous altima, all i had to do is turn the ignition on, turn the *** on the ecu, and it would flash a certain amount of times depending on the code. do the i30(i have a 97 btw) or maxima have the same feature?

I would take it to a local repair shop. When I went to AutoZone, they read the OBD-II Code. It was a OBD-II Code P00171. They said that it was an O2 Sensor. I did not want to replace the O2 Sensor myself, so I took it to a local repair shop. The part that needed replaced was not the O2 Sensor, but the Mass Air Flow Sensor. The O2 Sensors were all okay and my check engine light has not come back on since. It has been 4 weeks since I replaced the MAF Sensor.

Is the MAF the same in the 00-01 I30 as the 00-01 Max?
