Do A33 Maxima Side Skirts fit the A33 I30/35's?

Do A33 Maxima Side Skirts fit the A33 I30/35's?
I've been frantically scouring the net for these things.
I followed the other links located in other threads, but they were all prepainted for the I35's. Whats the point of paying for something thats prepainted if I'm gonna have to repaint it?
I have a silver 2000 I30. Dont QUOTE me on this, but I believe the paint code is KR4.
Questions:
Has anyone been able to locate the skirts prepainted for the 2000 and 2001 paint codes???
Can Maxima Kits be bolted on, or must they be modified? If so, how much modification?

i think side skirts are cross compatible...
